We stopped in to the tasting room side which has a limited menu. We had already eaten lunch but just wanted a small snack. I was disappointed that they didn’t have pretzels on the menu but the guacamole was some of the best we’ve ever...More

Buttermilk biscuits and fried chicken with honey...like fabulous sliders! The Staff Meal with arugula, farro, roasted brussels sprouts, grapes, toasted hazelnuts, parmesan, honey shallot vinaigrette was very very tasty. And the Crisphead salad with an iceberg wedge, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, bacon, Bayley Hazen blue cheese,...More

Outstanding place to eat if you are looking for local BBQ, with a friendly environment. Their Mac and Cheese with Pulled Pork on top is amazing, especially coupled with their own Bacon BBQ sauce. A definite visit when in Waterbury!

I went here to buy souvenirs for my husband - I wish we had time to eat here. Looked like a wonderful place and smelled really good. It’s in my lust when we come back!

I preferred the Brewery over the restaurant, The vibe at the restaurant was rushed. A bit pretentious even.

Hey Susan, All of our burger patties are 1/4 pound. The 'just a burger' (katsup, mustard, pickles) is $7 and the burger prices go up from there (as do the toppings). All of our sides are $4 per side with the exception of... More
