We were out touring back country Vermont, en route from Lake Elligo to Caspian Lake. We got the recommendation (and directions!) from a nice couple we met while they were kayaking. The beer selection was very good. There are only a half dozen taps, but they rotate through a hundred or based on what was mounted on the wall. The... More

Parker Pie is a one-of-a-kind experience, serves both locals and not-so-locals. Beer is excellent, expect to order and pay at the counter. Grab your own water / silverware near the door, grab a table, and head to the bar to place your order. Allow for some extra time to eat at the Pie - a pizza most often takes over... More

This was a crazy little hole in the wall restaurant attached to a little store. Absolutely the best house salad, smoked turkey Blt, And the Green Mountain Pizza Specialty was the best pizza I have ever had. Off the beaten track but so worth it. Eat inside or out , on the picnic tables or the grass.

Happen to be in the area and had to make a stop here! Had an amazing pizza that was topped with cucumber, onion, shrimp and dill! Talk about a great combination! So happy to know this place is always here when I am in the area. I will be back!

The best pizza of many amazing pizza places in the region, the Green Mountain Special is a true Northeast Kingdom experience- apples, spinach, bacon, red onion, Cabot cheddar cheese- and a drizzle of maple syrup! A local favorite. My other favorite is Malibu Barbie- BBQ chicken, bacon, red onion, pineapple, and plum tomatoes. For beer aficionados they almost always have... More

Stopped by here with a friend and wasn't really sure what to expect. It's an interesting environment. You seat yourself and order at the counter. It was very busy when we were there and a little overwhelming as a first timer. We ordered a salad, buffalo chicken nachos and some sweet and spicy wings. All the food was great. The... More

The pizza here is amazing. The Green Mountain pizza is a perfect reflection of the area and can't be found anywhere else. The atmosphere is eclectic and charming with a great selection of beers. When it is warm enough to sit outside, it provide a lovely backdrop for eating amongst the fields and barns.

Description
The Parker Pie Co. Started as a small pizza shop in the back of the Lake Parker Country Store.

While it is still a little pizza shop in the back of a country store, the quality of the food and the community atmosphere has turned it into a favorite eatery and pub for locals and seasonal clientele alike. The Parker Pie Co. Is a foodie destination not to be missed.

In addition to our famous pizza, our revolving beer menu features both Vermont brews and the best fermented beverages from around the globe.
