This is one of our favorite restaurants for an inexpensive but delicious meal. However, when it's 25 degrees outside, they need to turn the heat on. It's not a pleasant dining experience when you have to keep your coat on and still sit shivering in...a cold dining room. Even our waitress had her jacket on. We thought the 8 ounce sirloin would be worth the wait in the cold, but unfortunately it wasn't. The steak was cooked perfectly to medium rare, so it wasn't the chef's fault, but the meat was tough and chewy. We've been coming here for more than ten years and have always left very satisfied, until now. Perhaps this was just a one time aberration but when we complained to our waitress, she said she would speak to the manager, but then no one ever came to our table to discuss the situation. Our waitress did return to try to sell us a dessert, which by now should have been offered as complimentary. We then thought that there would perhaps be some compensation made on the bill for the poor steaks; we were wrong. To sum it all up... cold restaurant, poor quality steaks, and even worse customer service. We won't be going back anytime soon.More

This virus has affected the way they do business, but they are handling it. First the check-in after the required call ahead thing. Then forget the peanuts or getting a drink while waiting for your table. Other then that the food is about average for...this kind of restaurant. I selected my rib-eye steak out as I entered and it was cooked as ordered and was topped with the onion mushroom add on. My wife's prime rib was also cooked as ordered and was topped with the onion mushroom add on. Our salads were just right and the timing with warm rolls and apps was spot on. Our server was great and she did the best she could keeping up with our drink orders and helping out with the bartender. The prices are a bit high for this kind of place, but overall a good experience.More

We visited Texas Roadhouse after the governor issued a stay at home order during the coronavirus pandemic. They switched their usual sit down restaurant into a take out only venue to limit exposure. The parking lot was organized by their marketing manager who stood out...in the cold with a walkie talkie and a clip board. We had called our order in, so when we arrived he took our name and had us park and wait for our order. When our order was ready, he was able to point to which vehicle the server should take our food to. The server was literally sprinting to customers' cars with their food, taking their credit card, and running back inside to run the card. Those poor girls were working up a sweat! Despite the situation, this wonderful team was able to adapt and give their customers the best service possible. Thank you for your hard work!!!More

I love their steaks and my family loves the bread and their salads. It's always a good meal but be prepared to wait (sometimes close to an hour) during peak dinner times.

Have been to different texas roadhouse restaurants and I figured it was about time to write a review. Simply put, everything in the list is checked. Very good food, check, good service, check, good atmosphere, check. Friendly staff, check, good pricing , check..... and the...bread rolls just keep them coming. Warm with the cinnamon butter!!! Who can eat just one. Seriously though, cuts of meat are abundant, quality of the meats are very good. May not be the best steak you have eaten, but as a family, we pay the same amount as 1 person at a steakhouse, and the steaks are still very good. Always a treat going tiffany location and will continue going for some time to come.More

The Texas Roadhouse chain is a perfectly acceptable place for a good steak at good price. This one is more formal than most - no peanut shells on the floor. A bit hard sell on the drinks and steak add ons like mushrooms or onions....That was off putting. So overall an average ratingMore

Great service, staff was super pleasant. Plenty of food choices, nice rolls with dinner. Priced right, nothing fancy, my filet was slightly under cooked, another at our table was a little over cooked, so take your chances. But they are always busy.

I noticed this restaurant near my hotel and chose to dine at the bar. The bartender was very friendly and service was fast throughout the meal. Drinks were perfectly prepared too, and the restaurant had a nice affordable wine list. The salad was fresh and...full of blue cheese dressing. The NY steak was ample size and came with a nice baked potato and vegetable. The best thing about the meal was the price! Really good quality in a friendly atmosphere for an affordable price! Hard to beat!More

Overall the food is very good. The steaks are juicy, the salmon is very tasty. Bartenders are the best. No wi-fi.
