We ate in the restaurant in March 2016 and everything was great (service, food, drinks). We tried to eat there on 12/28/16. We sat down at 5:45PM for dinner - there were 5 of us. We ordered 3 beers, 1 ice tea and a water which came in a reasonable amount of time. We ordered the Nachos Grande and buffalo... More

Very disappointed in my recent visit that the beer selection was so poor. While the food was decent, it was a shame that there were only four beers on tap. And not one Vermont IPA! What a shame that this quaint little pub puts no emphasis on supporting Vermont brewers (Goose Island and Sierra Nevada are no match for good... More

We were looking for a solid meal prior to a concert up the street. Since this is foliage season, we were worried about fighting tourist crowds. As it turns out, we were in town early for the show and had some extra time, so we ate early and beat the crowd that came in behind us. When we walked in,... More

I often meet my friends here for dinner and drinks, we enjoy the casual atmosphere and friendly staff. The drinks aren't bad either! I have ordered lunch and dinner to go, which is great.

This was our first stop in Vermont on a long weekend trip. It was mid afternoon and we just wanted a nice cold beer and a sandwich. Sat at the bar and chatted with the owner and a couple other people that stopped in for a cold IPA. Good food, good beer, and good conversation!

We stopped here a number of years ago with some friends from England, shortly after they had reopened from the flood caused by hurricane Irene. We had stopped in town, to walk around a bit before we continued on our tour of Vermont. We sampled the beer, and wine, and had a very pleasant conversation with the owner. It was... More

Food was a little below average and the service was horrible. We don't normally complain about service because both my husband and I worked in restaurants as kids and know what it's like. However there were only 4 people in the restaurant and the waitress spent all of her time talking with the couple who sat at the bar. It... More

Really nice bartenders. Bar food. Great spot to watch what's going on on the corner of 100. We were on a pub crawl so this was a perfect spot.
