Coffee is good with a multitude of drink options. Baked goods look incredible. They are really limited in what they offer, but then again if you want coffee and sugary baked goods you'll love it. If you are looking for eggs, yogurt, or different breakfast options you'd be better off elsewhere. Small place that gets crowded but worth the wait.... More

Bummer, sounded like a great lunch - brunch venue but they were closed. A better sign that could be read from a car (25MPH speed limit) would have saved us a walk. Recommended but we can't do that without sampling their wares since they were closed.

Not open every day, but when it is the lines can frequently stretch out the door. Donuts and pastries are freshly made on site, and they are excellent. A trip to Chincoteague is not complete without a visit to Sugarbakers.

My son and I love Sugarbakers above and beyond all places to get donuts. Well, except maybe The Fractured Prune. There is something about the sea air that makes their donuts just taste better. Their raspberry chocolate croissants are crusty deliciousness. Apparently, the white frosted with rainbow sprinkles donut is a best seller and we also get one of those... More

This Place was what I remembered old time Baltimore Bakery's to be! The place was nothing fancy, but the pastries, SERVICE and donuts were awesome! I had a scone never had an apple and cinnamon not the the best scone ever, but above average!

Came in for some of the sticky buns...let me tell you...these are to die for! I was told they were just coming out of the oven, so I got them boxed to take back to the hotel. These are the best I've ever had! They are huge! I thought that they were a bit pricy, but that thought went out... More

I had the Hawaiian Chicken salad sandwich- so good, tasty and fresh! Homemade bread is out of this world along with pastries and pies! Not a bad choice here!!!!

Get there before they open OR pre-order your sticky buns otherwise you may be disappointed. Open only Friday, Saturday and Sunday, this is the only bakery on the island and it's small size and frequent visitors means that freshly-baked goods go quickly. Each year, during vacation, I am sure to be one of the first in line to get the... More

The coffee is great. Baked goods looked delicious also. The staff is very friendly. If you are interested, get there early because it gets really crowded and it is a small shop.

The shops and restaurants on Chincoteague Island are definitely on island time, and Sugarbakers happened to be the first one on Main Street to open on a recent Saturday, so that is why they got my business. The coffee was great, and the cinnamon donuts were excellent, so it was worth the visit.
