According to a press release from the Chincoteague Chamber of Commerce, the owners of Mr. Paul's decided it was time to retire and spend more time with family. The good news is the building (as of Feb. 17, 2917) is for sale. It appears the sale includes all the furnishings and equipment. So, if you are looking for a small... More

Mr. Paul's is closed. We shall miss Maryanne, Mr. Paul and all the wonderful wait staff, Stella, Cici and Kim. Thank you for the great memories. Gone, but never forgotten!

It was yummy and just what I wanted, but they had everything. I was there early and off season. It felt like a locals place. Nice and homey.

We spent 5 days in Chincoteague... 3 of our 5 Breakfasts were at Mr. Paul's Kitchen. Everything is definitely Homemade. Having gone to Culinary School and being in the food industry for the past 20+ years I tend to be very critical about the food and the service when I eat out. Mr. Paul's is excellent in both areas. Food... More

This is a great place for a good basic breakfast at reasonable prices, especially the daily special. The staff is very friendly and the owner is obviously a Christian based upon the place mats and the scriptures painted on the door. We would definitely eat here again.

Loved going here! It is a faith based restaurant and they aren't afraid to show that! The food was excellent! I had a crab omelet. The server was the sweetest thing ever!

Only open for extended breakfast hours during the summer vacationer's season, we visited for a late breakfast before leaving Chincoteague. The wait was short and they have some nice benches outside to sit on while you look over the menu. Staff seemed a bit frazzled, which I thought a bit unusual as should anticipate quite a crowd. After a longer... More

If u want an excellent breakfast at a reasonable price Mr. Paul's is the place. I have eaten at other places on the island but I always end up back at Mr. Paul's. The staff is so friendly and treats u like family. I recommend the French toast and their omelets.
