Directly on US 250. Good price and quality. Homemade style with a large selection of salads, sandwiches and burgers. They have green fried tomatoes. Service is familiar but nice.

Greasy spoon and diner cuisine. Not as good as Riverside Lunch, but will do in a pinch. Hamburger decent; onion rings solid. Not gourmet or creative. Red state lunch.

We are spending the night at "Misty Mnt RV Campground (very nice site on the creek). Upon checking in we asked where a good local place was to eat nearby. They recommended Mountainside Grille, only 3 miles down the road. Parking in the back of the restaurant accommodated our 23 foot self contained RV perfectly. The restaurant is small but very... More

Omg! I cannot believe I got that good puff a burger, for that price! It was like $7 for the smothered burger, and it sure was smothered! Melted cheese, sauteed onions and peppers, and a garlic aioli! You can tell that these are real burgers, not those frozen preformed burgers. It was seriously one of the best burgers I've had... More

Great place to have breakfast or lunch. Relaxed atmosphere. Only thing I can remember was one of the waitresses being a bit snippy on one of my visits. I don't think she is there anymore. Rest of the waitresses have been great.

The Mountainside Grill in Crozet Virginia is a pleasant, airy, and quiet place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The food is excellent and any of their menu sandwiches can be accommodated with a tasty gluten free bun. The hamburger and house-made chips fresh from the fryer were excellently prepared, tasty, and fresh. The staff is pleasant and the service is outstanding.... More

Sometimes a good ol greasy burger and a mountain of fries (comfort food?) is just what is needed, and nobody does it better than Mountainside Grill. Not too greasy mind you, but enough for flavor. Salads are also delicious and huge. Great service and super friendly vibe.

Three BLTs and plain cheese steak sandwich were all great. Home made potato chips too. Beer, drinks and wine available. Not a huge place, small outdoor seating. Couple of TVs, pretty quiet.

Had breakfast here with my family for the first time on a Saturday morning two weeks ago. The place was not very busy. Pancakes were excellent as were eggs and toast. Homefries seemed to be the frozen type. Service was pretty good, although we were never brought our bill and I had to go to the cash register to pay.... More

I had a business lunch here and found it to be refreshing. I had an excellent salad. The wait staff were friendly and eager to please. The place was hopping on a weekday for lunch, even though it's not in a densely populated area. You can eat inside or out. They have TV's inside. It's not a big place, but... More
