This is a Central American chain. You can find them all over Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Guatemala.... Makes sense to have one here with all the Central Americans living in the area. The chicken nuggets s very good just like in Nicaragua. Better than KFC

Customer service is less than optimum and the cleanliness of the establishment needs a little work. The response time of all employees was a little slower than one would expect from this kind of establishment. Prepare to be a little more patient with the servers and order takers. I don't understand why anyone would eat at KFC when they could have this Fried Chicken. It is the best fried chicken, especially with the green and red hot sauces

Grilled chicken with green sauce was delicious. The fried chicken was way greasy. Either the batches are too large or the oil temperature is too low.

not fresh, chicken marinated after it comes out not before according to the crew. Chicken looks like its frozen and not very tasty .. 2 guys from our group ate and got sick... not recommended .. its not like the original restaurant .. avoid

After reading some reviews elsewhere, I decided to give it a try and have been there several times. The chicken pieces are coated but not excessively. There is a bit of a "kick" at the end which might be pepper - or something else. I like it. I understand they get their spices from Guatamala. The to-go window is staffed... More
