They have a traditional regional menu. The food was very good, the servings substantial, and the prices were very reasonable. The atmosphere of a traditional tavern was cool, and the people were very nice.

Unexpected pleasure. Good old fashioned country family eats. Fried chicken is especially good. Even the cat on the front porch is especially friendly.
We all decided to try their renowned fried chicken dinner -- which measured up to the endorsements! Meal was delicious. Our delightful waitress, Crystal, was very helpful and we enjoyed chatting with her. Interesting place with good (and plenty) food!
