When it comes to seafood, Joe's crab shack is the place. We stopped by for lunch, we started with mussel's as an appetizer, really great, was cooked perfectly. They were having create your own boil special which was really pretty good. My Son and I ordered it and my husband had one of their lunch lunch special of fried fish... More

Great food and a lot of it. Expensive, but to be expected. Got the big crab bucket. Only complaint was the king crab was overcooked in order to have the other crab good. Which is unfortunate. But everything else was great.

Ordered the East Coast platter for $19.99. The carb cake was ok, fried fish was extremely bad, shrimp+crab pigs in a blanket was ok if you removed the bacon. Overpriced, mediocre food from another chain. Reason to avoid chain/national restaurants. Lack the passion for cooking good food. Avoid at all costs.

The crab dip is really good, great staff. Only thing I would suggest would be is to have TVs in more places other than that great spaceship place and management team is excellent

I visited a Joe's Crab Shack for the first time while in Hampton for business. And I must say I was impressed. I was welcomed by the hostess who seated me in the large dining area and then my server Brittani came over and introduced herself. She was very friendly, polite and helpful. She had a great personality for a bar... More

Really enjoyed the steamer pots. Well Worth adding 1lb of mussels for $5 and 2 sausages for $2. The food was great and the staff fun. Only issues were long wait and short staffed.

I ordered an Oyster Po Boy last Friday night and it was inedible! The oysters were very strong and completely overdone - hard and dark. I ate a few french fries after trying 3 or 4 oysters, thinking that perhaps only one or two were strong. The good thing is that the appetizer of crab balls were good, so those... More

This is a fun place to take children and adults. Buckets of food on long wooden tables with employees singing, dancing, and guests celebrating special occasions. Excellent seafood! Playground for children but unfortunately my niece fell and broke her arm, which ended our meal. She is fine and wants to go back, which we will!

Wife and I stopped in for lunch. Staff was great and our table was clean. We didn't wait very long for our food, which tasted great. We will be back.
