I grew up in New Mexico and was really looking forward to eating here. The only thing New Mexican about this place was the stacked enchilada and their green chiles. I had fajitas that were pretty bland. My wife had a rellenos that she said was pretty good. Free chips and hot sauce. We ordered guacamole that tasted strange and... More

Good food and really kind folks. My husband loves their chicken fajitas and I love their soups. And it's affordable. Although, I eat very little and wanted to order from the kids menu. They didn't let me. That was a bummer. Other than that, like I said, good food.

Beats any Mexican restaurant at Reston Town Center. Love the balance of quality of food, ambiance, service, and value. Especially love their booths. Why pay for parking at RTC? This is such a great location. Have always loved going here for lunch or dinner.

When we were in NM we liked the food very much and wanted to try this place while visiting our son's family in Reston VA. Service was very good, fast and friendly. The dish was well seasoned and with autentich NM flavor (they use NM grown chiles).

My office was having a breakfast all-hands and I was in charge of the food. I ordered 30 breakfast burritos (10 each of bacon, sausage and egg&cheese). The burritos were piping hot and came with 30 servings of salsa/hot sauce to go with them. The office loved them and they were devoured in good time. The burritos are a good... More

Anita's is a great place to enjoy Mexican food. The seating area is very cozy and comfortable. There is also patio dining. The menu has numerous special and traditional offerings. Each selection is prepared to perfection and served in a timely manner. The bar drinks are good and the beer is always cold. Anita's serves great breakfast, lunch and dinner... More

Had a taste for fajitas so we tried Anita's. First of all, the place was filthy... We should have left immediately. They brought out chips and salsa like most Mexican restaurants. The chips tasted like Costco chips and the salsa was very watery. Since the salsa was not very good, we ordered made to order fresh guacamole. We did not... More

We my husband and I came here again for breakfast yesterday remembering how we enjoyed breakfast here several months ago. One of those rare mornings we were both off from work and had kids off to school. So this was an early date! Wow! Anita's sure has changed and NOT for the better. Tortilla chips are still good. Yummy! Then... More

I had a really bad experience at an Anita's a loooong time ago and it took me almost a decade to try them again. This time it was in Herndon and the food was much better. Nothing earth shattering, but for the price it's good.

Feels authentic and homemade. Delicious combos and chips and salsa. Yummy refried beans. Small place but service was prompt and fast.
