Found them thru trip advisor and was a little hesitant when we pulled up. Little scary from the outside could use an upgrade. Bathroom faucet almost fell off in my hand. The food However was very good, large portions and not exspensive. They had limited seating and we had 10 people. Food came out fast n very hot. Pizza had... More

Fried eggs overcooked, warm home fries at best, questionable sausage patties, warm not hot coffee. Crowded seating, feeling of uncleanliness when you have mold on the inside of a menu.

Their Philly Cheesesteak (steak and cheese special) was one of the best, if not the best, one I've had. Stromboli was great too - dough was nice and fresh and it was loaded with meat. A little heavy on the cheese, but overall absolutely fantastic place to stop and grab a bite.

Very small restaurant. We always set outside or get food to go. Food is made to order. Great cheese steak sandwiches. Very reasonable prices

We won't go back here. The food could be worse..but it was just a nasty place. Tables were disgusting..salt and pepper shakers were NOT something you'd want to touch let alone shake over top of your food. Service wasn't good and certainly not professional. One of the worst things is the fly's were just as prevalent on the inside as... More

A shining star in the middle of 1930s Louisa, VA. EVERYTHING else around here sucks and is $$. Up here working the N. Anna nuke plant. Figured I'd stop in here and see what they have. Menus to take home they don't lol. The place is old (like me). Actually EVERYTHING in this town is old. Friendly young lady. I'm... More

Whether you're just passing thru or are a "local" Joe's Place is the place to go for great food at reasonable prices. The cheese pizza is great and even a better deal if you buy his two large pizza's. We frequent Joe's Place when we're in Louisa or at Lake Anna. Awesome food. Always hot and fresh. Sure, Joe (Sal... You might never pay any attention to the little restuarant in the town of Louisa. But if you go in, you will be quite surprised. The food is delicious, the menu selection is wonderful, the prices are fantastic and the staff is great. Worth stopping in.

Joes pizza is excellent. They have great italian dishes, subs, and stromboli. The atomsphere is not great but the food is very good. This restaurant is very small as it was converted from a Golden Skillet many years ago. I think they make a great pizza especially the 5 meat pizza, it is great. Good prices as well.
