Vefy good good, prepared by old lady, fantastic apple cake with vanilla ice-creme. Very friendy atmosphere, extra local wine and beer served, and cosy design of local. Worth every cent!

Recently I and my wife and family were in Bacharach, Germany, and were looking for a good restaurant. Thanks to the kind recommendation of a couple walking nearby, we went to Cafe Rusticana. As we walked in, we met the owner, as well as two...More
Wow. Went due to Trip Advisor. Only one other group there. Surprised. It was so good. Owners greeted us and interacted with us. Such hospitality. Really Good, simple, homey/comfort food. Just the right portion size. Complete meals from start to finish. Good homemade veggie soup....More
From the moment you meet the owners (who will meet you when you sit down) to the last bite of the wonderful raspberry sponge cake, you will be happy you found this gem. I had venison with cranberry sauce - YUM! The owner told me...More

It was a Wednesday when we walked into Bacharach excited that we had finally made it to the area. Excitement soon led to dismay when we found out that everything seemed to be closed..because it was Wednesday!! But we had found rusticana...what a lovely surprise....More
The restaurant is a nice place, 100% german, Also the owners are very kind. And the meals are very tasty, the apple pie, the deer, all of it housemade. If you are looking for an original german restaurant in Renania-Palatinado, that´s your place.
We ate here twice and everything we had was wonderful. We had trout and meatloaf on one visit and weinersnitchel and stuffed peppers the next. Ask about the soup of the day. and the decorations. Great stories for both.
