Have been on two occasions and both times have come away full and happy! Priced right, nice people, a slightly different menu, and a great location! Not sure what else you could ask for when you don't want to spend a lot of $$ nor time. Both times everyone was happy with what they ordered and all plates were cleaned!

I was at a dance convention and went across the street to find the deli completely overwhelmed, so I went for a walk looking for a place to get my daughter some food. I found the 3 way cafe, a breakfast/lunch place on Plume street. The menu looked good and the prices were very fair, so I tried it. The... More

Was looking for something to try in downtown Norfolk. Stumbled upon 3 Way. It was Friday and their special was fish tacos. Got 2 tacos with one side. The tacos were excellent. I am a foodie as you can see by my travels. The price was not bad but not the cheapest for lunch in Norfolk. However, the sauce was... More

We were walking around looking for a place to eat and happened upon 3 Way. We are so glad that we went in! I had the fried chicken biscuits and gravy. Wow! All 4 of us were pleased with our meals ranging from breakfast food to a Cuban Sandwich. Would definitely recommend 3 Way!!!

First thing to catch my eye were the specials on the chalk board. I ordered the ham cheddar and cranberry melt because of this and I was not disappointed! They offered sweet potato tots as a side on their menu, so I got those with my meal too. Fantastic place with awesome food and a subperb staff!

On an easy Thursday Morning, the street is quiet, construction is commencing & there's nothing like entering this quaint establishment. The staff is absolutely the best. I arrived just after the breakfast cutoff & they still served me a breakfast sandwich. How amazing! And what a sandwich: eggwich on wheat w/meat, smoked Gouda cheese & maple syrup foam on the... What a fun, quaint little cafe. The food was spectacularly on point and portions were huge! There were the most delicious combinations and spectacular presentation. The staff is like friends you've known forever - super helpful, smiling, making sure you're having a wonderful experience. Cozy, warm atmosphere. We don't make it to Norfolk often, but have recommended 3 Way to... More

Located in the downtown business area and just a short walk from the MacArthur Memorial, it offers a good lunch at reasonable prices. But, it is popular with the locals so try to get there before the noon lines form.

Our party of five enjoyed the quiche and two other breakfast options. The food was hot and served quickly. The sweet potato tots are delicious. We were having a business meeting about 9:30 am and almost had the place to ourselves.
