Our server Blake provided excellent service. The she crab soup was excellent. We had the broiled seafood and seafood Fantasia. Both were lots of food and great quality. The atmosphere can’t be beat.

We went there a couple times. The atmosphere was great old world feel and great food. It's so close to everything downtown Norfolk has to offer. Just a short walk and you're back to the downtown night life of Norfolk. Must stop and eat.

We chose this restaurant because of the history attached. It is also a short walk from the Nauticus Museum and the USS Wisconsin. The food is good and the staff was courteous.

It is a very nice old church. We sat upstairs where you see better the ceiling. Food is simple but tasty and the service is good.

Yes! We can accommodate almost all allergies, we always ask that you let your server know of your specific allergies so they can communicate to the kitchen and we can ensure every precaution is taken on your meals.

We at Freemason Abbey always recommend reservations, just to be on the safe side! And we are about a 7-10 minute drive from Douglas Wilder Performing Arts center
