Nice food, Excelent view! I recommend "francesinha" and steak. The price is affordable. 15€ per person.

The location of Ar de Rio is its asset. We were there as a business group for dinner, but the food is only average! Go somewhere authentic where the chef has some passion for what is being served. I have once had my best meal ever in Porto. This was for sure not it. Disappointing at such a nice location... More

Had dinner here with large group in late April. We ended up having a very nice time, but initial reception was pretty "chilly". The view over the river as the sun was setting was fantastic. The food was fairly priced and good. Nothing too fancy but a worthwhile spot given its location.

We had a very nice lunch at this restaurant while enjoying fantastic views over the Duoro to Porto. The portions were large and the food tasty- the staff lovely but very over stretched on the day we visited.

Good food but nothing special and value wasn't the best, however, the Ar de Rio burger is great to have if you go there.

Chose this restaurant mostly because of the location and views over the river but whilst the view was fabulous the food was equally good Bread, olives and pate come first and although you do have to pay fir them they are good value and delicious I ate Francesinha the Porto speciality and it was excellent I strongly recommend you try... There's a fastfoody vibe to some the menu, but being Porto that meant black pork sandwiches and francesinhas. We ate well and quite cheaply, the service was good, and the views were gorgeous. An ideal lunch stop before port tastings!

Everything was beautiful and nothing hurt! There's no need for a 100 characters, come on. Just beautiful.
