It was very busy this evening and there were a couple of mistakes which meant we had to re order our drinks then food. Our waitress Charlotte was amazing. We could see she was under pressure but stayed happy, smiley and did everything in her power to make our evening enjoyable. Had it not been for her we would have... More

I'm always going to this noodles house on my tea break. They used to be my favourite eating house since i never had lamb before in my life. Until wgamama implemented the new menu with Lamb Teriyaki Noodles. Then I'm addicted to it ever since. Alas, all good things must come to an end by the shoddy service which i... More

The high chairs are very safe The food came quickly but the child's katso came much after the adult one The waitress on around 18:30 on Good Friday was lovely and smoothed out the fact that our 3 year old could not have a lolly as they couldn't get hold of any The ice cream with chocolate sauce was a... Every year I visit Horsham, I stop at Wagamama to have lunch. This year was definitely better than last year. Staff is better and food is more tasty. Oh... and Asahi was cold as always :D

Not up to the usual Wagamama standard, a missed off meal order, the floor under our table could have been cleaner, plus the wire basket on the table was grubby and had empty containers

My husband and I ate at Wagamama's for lunch. We love the one in Guildford so thought as this was a chain it would be just as good. It was very busy and frankly looked a bit unsavoury. I have to eat gluten free food. There was a special menu- good-, but this was not explained as they seemed very... More

I love the simplicity of Wagamamas. It's warm and inviting and the service is always first class. The food matches the decor and service and they never seem to fail on any level.

I enjoyed the food but it took a little time to understand and digest the menu. I feel sure that the waiting staff would of helped but we did not seek advice. Anyway the food was nice but for me a little too much like chain restaurant food, Service was good and the meal good value - would visit again.

We usually love Waga's. Lovely food, speedy service, friendly staff. But I popped into today with my teenage daughter for a quick lunch and it was like a different restaurant. We were seated almost immediately at the end of one of the benches. The setting was used and dirty. A member of staff came along and didn't even acknowledge us... More

Very friendly service. Cater for dietary requirements. One of our meals was very good. There was an issue with the other one but the manager was most apologetic and arranged for a fresh meal to be cooked and I wasn't charged for it. I love Wagamama smoothies and the one I had here was very good.
