The perfect place for dinner just outside Twillingate. Delicious scallops and calamari appetizers, and great lobster dinner, which came with choice of salad, drink (non-alcoholic) and dessert. You choose the size lobster you want; I had the 1.5 pound and my husband had the 2...pound. Perfectly prepared, served with garlic butter and when I asked, they also brought me lemon. Rhubarb cake was delicious, too. Highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for a great, casual experience with good servers, right on the water!More

But the view from inside...the restaurant just as beautiful…. I can’t say enough about the staff so friendly and personable, willing to give u knowledge about the local area…. They will even help the beginner lobster Eating with cracking it… Such a delicious meal and experience for a Fantastic price… when in the area it should be on the top of your list!More

Went to Sansome's for an early supper... What a meal: seafood chowder was extraordinary, full of fish and seafood. Lobster was tasty and fresh, sides were varied and flavorful, service was warm and efficient. Recommends without hesitation.

First visited this restaurant in 2016, our first trip to Newfoundland. Made sure we went again this year. Exceptional seafood. We had fish cake appetizers , seafood pasta, and Cod fillet dinners. Amazing, and lots of it. one of the two best restaurants we at...during our two weeks in Newfoundland. Its a few KM outside of Twillingate but but worth the trip. The staff was great and the location view very good.More

We had delicious snow crab and lobster meals out on the deck. The setting is lovely and the simple seafood meals are so tasty. It’s cash only
