Without question the best place to eat in Culebra. Surprised when you walk in that you are in a lovely home with outdoor patios. The ambiance is romantic. Service fantastic. Gourmet food that is so good you want to stop and savor. Sauces compliment the...dishes without overwhelming the flavors. I can’t say enough! Only open Fridays thru Monday’s. Make a reservation.More

Wonderful atmosphere, great service and good food! They did a great job of accommodating our large family group. The staff was very attentive and the food was spot on. This was our 2nd visit to Susie's and will be back when we return!

Codfish fritters were a great appetizer. Then the dinner entree was over the top. Between the two of us we ordered the chicken breast with mushroom sauce and sesame ahi tuna. Both were real tasty as well as the sauces Susie uses. Service was awesome...thanks...to the staff. We’ll be back.More

Absolute worst restaurant I ate at in all of Culebra. I spent over $200 for the worst service ever...

We eat at Susie's everytime we are on the island. Reservations are best but they usually have room for small groups walk-ins. The food is "island at it's best" and the ambiance is great. A perfect special night out!

You won't come across this restaurant by accident, as it's on Route 250, which has almost no commercial businesses in that area. It's a rather spacious restaurant where you dine in a courtyard. Menu is not extensive, but features steak, mahi-mahi, seared tuna, lamb chops,...lobster and just a few other items. We had a delicious "island mash" soup which was wonderful. Hubby enjoyed the mahi-mahi, but the star attraction was their seared tuna dinner, which was a very generous portion and had a delicious soy-based sauce. It really was outstanding. Most dinners are $20 to $30. Service was impeccable.More

After a long day of scuba diving, a group of eleven of us went to Susie's for dinner. They were very accommodating and reservations were available to be made in advance. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was great.

Our last dinner on the island and it was simply the best. We travel a bit and dine out frequently and we both agreed this was one of the best meals we’ve ever had. Ambiance was nice, with open air seating, candles, a sea breeze...and attentive wait staff. We shared the Caesar salad and it was delicious. The dressing was the most flavorful and it was topped with fried plantain strips instead of croutons. I had the lobster with the island mash and was in live with every bite. My husband had the special Wahoo with passion fruit sauce and rice and beans. We are EVERY last bite because it was that good. The passion fruit sauce was sublime—not cloying or chunky or too fruity, but a perfect accompaniment to the fish. Key lime pie for dessert for the win! I had rum punch and he had mojitos to drink. Sad to leave, but we will be back.More
