Stayed in Culebra 1 night when there was a hole in availability at our Hotel on the mainland. Definitely the best place for breakfast on the island if your looking more for gourmet coffee / healthy plates. Nice vibe, but yes it is a bit...slow, call it island time. Just relax and enjoy the morning.More

Blac Flamingo was excellent. The coffee and breakfast take a while, not the place to go if you cannot wait and appreciate the time they take to give you a delicious breakfast. The Gentleman Barista made a perfect latte with a personal touch. The young...lady running the morning rush was personable and efficient. We visited most mornings, never disappointed. They take a well deserved break on Tuesday’s, kind of disappointing for us coffe enthusiasts! 6 stars!More

This place is a cute vibe. More hipster than I expected for Culebra, but the staff was very nice. Good coffee and good breakfast food (not just pastries).

Awesome breakfast place!! We stayed at flamenco beach and found this gem. It’s located on a back road near the Culebra airport. We ordered the tropical coffee the first day we went along with the french toast, turkey scrambled eggs, and the breakfast tacos. All...was delicious and super fresh. Portion sizes were filling, and the environment of the restaurant was chill and comfortable. The first day we wanted the avocado toast but they ran out so we came back the next morning at 730 to order it. Today we got the matcha latte. We will try the avocado toast and crepe today!More

This place is fantastic. I went early in the morning with my two year old. We had eggs and toast and French toast. The French toast was delicious and the eggs and toast we great too! Coffee was so good. I believe they only take...cash or Venmo but no credit cards.More

We had breakfast here early in the week. Our departure is today so I messaged ahead to place our order. Response was immediate. We ordered 6 avacado toasts, lattes and hot chocolate for a predetermined time. What service. All our food was ready, our drinks...were made as we arrived and everything was fabulous! Thanks Ariel for amazing service and amazing food and coffee. We’ll be back!More

Customer reviews help us choose where to eat when traveling, and I hope you pay attention to ours. This little family business is a gem. Amazing food, friendly, and fun. If you’re looking for a great roast, their coffee and espresso drinks are exceptional. As...I coffee shop owner, I was impressed with the entire experience. Make Blac Flamingo your first stop for breakfast when you arrive on the ferry. And remember, you’re on an island with no where to go—so relax and don’t be in a hurry. Enjoy the atmosphere and linger a little longer!More
