Although it wasn't on the menu, the veggie mufungo was the absolute best I had on the island! SO flavorful!! My husband got the shrimp in the tiny cups(I don't remember the proper name) and he couldn't stop raving about them! Our best friend was...also on the trip with us and she truly loved her meal as well. Great service, great food, must go!!More

Best food, best service. Best ribs and flan for 3 Austin Texans and everything blew us out of the water. Don't hesitate a second in choosing this place.

We loved every bite of our food at Harspoon’s. We started with the land crab stuffed into little mashed mofungo-style cups. They were absolutely delicious. We shared a salad which was so-so but had a flavorful mango dressing. A little cotija cheese and picked jalapeños...or red onion could have taken it to a different level. I had the grouper ceviche and my husband had the whole fried snapper. Both were delicious! We had frozen cocktails which were very good and we would definitely return. They are newly renovated and nice. They have a full barMore

i ordered the bunuelos de yuca y bacalao, white rice and beans, and tostones. Less than 10 minutes later I had all my food. Everything was fresh, delicious, and authentic. The restaurant is brand new, interior fully re-modeled. It is sparkling clean with a bar...area as well as a dining area. And the a/c is pumpin’ lol. The waiter was attentive and sweet. I definitely recommend this place! Not to mention the prices are great!More

This was a new restaurant that has started since my last visit to Culebra in 2016 and it is an incredible addition! I ordered the seared ahi tuna and it came out a large, beautiful, perfectly prepared and seasoned tuna loin accompanied by a delicious,...slightly spicy sauce. My friend ordered what we translated to be fried shrimp, but turned out to be the most incredible fried plantain cups filled with a delicious shrimp mix. Harold, the owner and our server, was so very friendly and provided excellent service! Thankful for such a great dining experience!!More

We had a late dinner here and were very happy with our meals. They had a lot of fresh, local caught fish on their special menu that night, which was exactly what we were looking for. I had a whole fried snapper with a delicious...fresh herby-garlicky sauce and some tasty tostones. My boyfriend had a lovely piece of mahi-mahi with yummy mamposteao. We also both had a piña colada, which was quite good. The restaurant looked like it had been recently renovated and had a really nice atmosphere.More

This spot has been a must visit in the past 4 decades for anyone looking to dine hot food while staying in Culebra. Tina in the 80s, El Caobo two decades later and now Harpspoon! We had the best Sama (white snapper) and Capitan (hog...fish) fillets cooked to perfection. Excellent cuisine and service!More

Ate here on Thursday night, as they were opening. We were warmly welcomed and seated immediately. The evening specials were explained along with some of their regional specialties. We ordered the ceviche of the day--grouper--and octopus salad. Both were good with the ceviche rising above,...due to its tang from citrus and perfect texture. We ordered Queen Red Snapper--as a grilled filet and fried as a whole fish, along with Crab in a Criollo sauce served over mofongo. All were delicious and prepared perfectly with the star being the whole Queen Snapper. The staff was attentive and helpful, while the chefs prepared their seafood with great skill and respect for ingredients. Too bad we're headed home. Don't miss this hidden gem!More
