After waiting 1hour for a table which was promised to me and my friend, we were told to sit outside in the rain. After kindly refusing their offer, we witnessed the owner to swear us. Had to leave before ordering anything after being insulted badly.

Horrible customer service. The attitude of the staff was unbelievably rude. Not just the server but even the manager (who the server called her BOSS) was super arrogant and rude. After waiting 1.5 hours for a specific table, when it became available, our group was told to split into 2 and accept alternate tables. On insisting to speak with the manager, our server banged the menus hard on the table and the manager told our...server to 'not take any more s**t' from us. Super arrogant ownership and wait-staff - chose to leave the restaurant to prevent further altercation and picked from one of the many other nearby establishments. Never going back to Zaco's Tacos again!More

We keep coming back to Zaco's, the drinks are delicious, the menu is incredible, Pork belly tacos, fish tacos, try one of each!

The yummiest tacos ever! They are fresh, using high quality ingredients and at par with tacos in California, even the Baja fish taco! The venue is charmingly decorated and the service is impeccable! The salsas are delectable!

Good Tacos. We have been here twice. The first time I was blown away with the taste, quality, and flavors of the unique tacos. We must have come at a slow time because our wait staff was very helpful, there was some amazing and unique...specials, and my mixed drink was so good I had to try another. Our most recent trip left me underwhelmed. I guess because my expectations were so high. It was crowded and we had to wait about 10min for a table. No biggie, I was eager to get a mixed drink from the bar while we waited. Except the bar tender never acknowledged my presence so I had to wait until we got seated to get a drink. There was no specials on their board that evening. The table got a variety of food, the tacos were still delicious but I felt like the attention to detail was lacking a bit. The pork belly was dry (previously super juicy on our last trip) and the tuna seemed slightly overcooked. Overall the food was still very good and I’d suggest you give it a try. They were very busy that night, but I assume they are busy every night since they have limited hours. I just wish my most recent experience was as good as the previous.More

Primarily you eat outside with bamboo around you. Casual. Comfortable. Sunday brunch, just go even if you are brunch type folks. Other meals are good, worth going one time.
