Choice was very limited. Food was bland. We ordered mussels for entree and all we could see and taste was the steamed mussels, no coriander and other herbs mentioned in the menu. For mains, we had to wait for a long long time. The pulled beef for Main came in at the size of a slider with some pickles on... More

A party of 8 adults & 2 children Sunday lunchtime. 3 of us had the mild chicken curry, it was so tasteless and bland I couldn't taste any cumin, turmeric, garlic, coriander or chilli in the yellow jus napped over the freshly char grilled chicken fillet / tenderloin. The penne pasta with chilli was cooked al dente but again lacked... More

We have been here numerous times for various occasions and each has been very good as a breakfast venue....light and airy, not too noisey and with a good variety of choice.

The space is dated but some what quaint. Serving staff were fine and coffee OK. The cooked breakie was fine.

We accessd the cafe for breakfast after staying at Chateau Yering, and enjoy the open air spacious area occupied by the cafe. Plenty of seating options for 2 or groups, and the breakfast options have that touch of luxury, from muesli, fresh and dried fruits, to the hot breakfast options. Service late on a Sunday morning can be a bit... More

Really enjoyed 2 wonderful continental breakfasts as part of an accomodation package at Chateau Yering. Recommend the omelette of the day in particular. A lovely room with lots of natural light, slate tiles and overlooking the gardens. A great way to start the day and one of the highlights of our stay.

a good breakfast selection, with excellent coffee in a lovely light filled space. I had the bircher muesli and fresh fruit followed by poached eggs and home made baked beans and then a pastry. Delicious!

Staying overnight at Chateau Yering means having the opportunity to have a relaxed breakfast in the sweetwater cafe. There is a good choice of food, from cereals to a cooked breakfast. A nice selection of breads and pastries , as well as some cold meats and cheeses mean that you really don't need lunch! Staff are helpful but discreet, and... More
