This is a small, cozy establishment occupying an old store front on Main Street. The wait staff is efficient and very friendly. Our Caesar salads were fresh, cold, and crisp, with plenty of grated parmesan cheese but not an excessive amount of dressing. The croutons were crunchy on the exterior, but the insides were a bit mushy. The bourbon steak... More

This restaurant has many items you may not find on most menus in the area. They have specials that are quite attractive and always good. For the same things you usually eat, and a good range of foods you don't normally see on the local menus, give this place a try.

As an Appalachian Trail hiker, I usually seek out quantity over quality, but on my second night in Waynesboro, I wanted real food. The casual atmosphere belies the excellent food. They are justly proud of their crab cakes, but the real star was the housemade cheesecake with expresso sauce. The cheesecake was light and airy, contrasting with the crunchy graham... More

I've eaten here twice this week and have found it to be a great place with friendly staff and a diverse menu. My daughter needs to eat gluten free, so I took here here for our Daddy/Daughter date. She had chocolate cake for the first time in over two years; gluten free and delicious. A day earlier, my wife and... More

Although I have been here before this time was so disappointing. The staff was not attentive and the food was a joke. I ordered the scallops with green beans and rice. What I imagined it to be and what they served me was unacceptable. I had 3 small scallops and a half a plate of plain white rice no seasoning... More

Very busy night with lots of laughter, families and people enjoying their meals. Plenty of wait staff that were very friendly and helpful. Bar tenders were excellent making some great cocktails for new experiences and lots of fun. Food quality was also great with good service considering they were very busy. Make sure to get a salad (lettuce wedge) was... More

Working with the Virginia Institute of Blacksmithing and Lunch called in on a time frame to get back to the fire and flame of the forge. We picked our meals, they called it in, and then we went on over while letting the metal cool and temper... They had everyone's food ready, and done! Excellent wide variety of meals, from... More

Wonderful menu, excellent service. We ate there on a Saturday night and our Innkeeper advised that we make reservations. Good thing we did. There was a line ot get in. The menu has some Cajun and Creole offerings. It was delicious food and reasonable.

After reading the reviews, wife and I stopped in for lunch after shopping in the area. I had the fried soft shell crab sandwich. It was a large crab that more than filled the bun but was overcooked and the oil tasted burnt. The chips that came with it were good. Wife ordered the Caesar salad with grilled salmon. Waitress... Great staff that's very friendly, an excellent wine list, and huge servings. Or wait warned us about the serving size and we split an entree. Good move, as it was just right, and we traveling, so leftovers aren't helpful. We had the Alfredo, and it was creamy and very tasty. The place was packed on a Tuesday night too. Clearly... More
