We stopped in an hour before closing and needed to wait forever for a table. Apparently they were out of so much food it would have been easier if the waiter told us what was available. When we did order the order came out wrong. The waitress at the next table was friendlier and made recommendations

I had lunch at the Williamsburg Cracker Barrel. Having eaten at many Cracker Barrel's, I kind of knew what to expect, but I was disappointed. It's fine that they were busy -- most Cracker Barrel's are -- but the service was only so-so and the food the same. The worst part was a totally dis-interested cashier who refused to even... More

Not as good as most of the other Cracker Barrel's I've been to. Service was very nice but it took a while to get our coffees even though it wasn't very crowded. Food was good.

Hadn't been to a Cracker Barrel in years (there are none near where I live). Decided to go to one for breakfast while visiting Williamsburg. SO MUCH to choose from. Employees are super friendly, know the menu well enough to make suggestions, and service is quick. Portions are large, so come prepared to eat....a lot! Personally, the biscuit 'gravy' wasn't... My husband always orders the Cracker Barrel Sampler... meatloaf, ham, and chicken and dumplings with three sides- you can't go wrong if you want a little bit different tastes. We came Friday for the fish fry special and Sunday for the chicken special. I thoroughly enjoyed both meals. The Coca Cola Chocolate cake is amazing and a must for any... More

A client took me here first a taste of honest local cooking. That's exactly what it is, and the service is really welcoming and friendly. If you're tired of overly pretentious restaurants and just want a normal meal it's the place to go. Amazing shop to look at while queueing too.

I like the wide range of food offerings plus the gift shop. Breakfast all day is a big plus. Plenty of parking and a large seating area make this a good place to eat.

We usually enjoy Cracker Barrel restaurants. This one was disappointing. Our waiter wasn't friendly and didn't check back with us very much. I inquired about soup. He said they won't have any for an hour- would I like to wait. The food was terrible. My husband got a chopped steak. Just poor quality. My food was cold. The restaurant was... More

Drink order was incorrect. One side was cucumber, tomato, and onion salad. Contained 25% cucumbers, 75% onion that were so strong that they were uneatable, and 0% tomatoes. Mashed potatoes with chicken or turkey gravy were gummy and without gravy. My wife as not impressed with chicken tenders. To the waitess's credit she did try to make things right. After... More
