This is a small restaurant in the small commercial area between Old Colonial Williamsburg and the College of William and Mary. The menu is small but has interesting appetizers and entrees. We shared tuna tartar for an appetizer, and one of us had scallops and...More

We made a reservation but canceled the day of the reservation to go elsewhere. They had been so rude on the phone and rude on our last visit that we opted to go elsewhere for dinner (where we had a great time)

The food is SO GOOD. Worth EVERY penny! That chef is a genus! While it may not be the perfect place to take your baby, little ones, or the crazy drunk uncle we all have, I highly recommend that you go. Great for celebrations, romantic...More

We had a wonderful dinner. Jeremy our server was great. Our food was really good, better than anywhere else we ate in Williamsburg. The foie gras was sooo good! The pork chop was the best of our choices and of course the chocolate desert. We...More

Fat Canary is an exceptional restaurant - and will offer you a variety of options. Anything you select will meet the highest standards. It is not a steakhouse - I’m in Bangalore and jet lagged. My last response was confusing. More

This high-energy bistro took over as Williamsburg's best restaurant as soon as it opened in 2003. The sophisticated but relaxed dining room has an open kitchen, which uses fresh, local ingredients for its creative American fare. The dining bar and seasonal outdoor patio seating are on a first come basis. Reservations for the dining room are recommended and may be made up to 2 months in advance. Open daily for dinner, a hostess is available during the day to take reservations.
