Really good lunch stop. Very good food, indoor and outdoor seating. The mint lemonade is really good also.

This tasty place is a bit back from the street, so don't miss it. Very healthy options. I had the season Potato Kale and Bacon salad on locally grown greens, and really enjoyed it! Nice bathroom, too!

I am a vegetarian so like that they have several salad options available. The salads are good --- could stand to be a tad more flavorful--- but quite good. Healthy as well. My favorite is getting the roasted Brussel sprouts and quinoa salad --- you can get it over mixed greens or with an extra scoop of quinoa. Chopped salad... More

Sandwiches of the season, soups and always PB&J or honey for the kids. Salads are great but heavy on the onion, so I ask to leave out the onion and they are delicious.

A sister restaurant to the fabulous blackbird bakery next door, this place keeps up the high bar. Lunch specials change per the season but you always count on a really great soup and salad selection. Sandwiches are served on blackbirds delicious bread and there are selections for all tastes. Seating is a little limited in the winter as the patio... More

You might not see Fork & Spoon initially, but it's there as you round the corner of Blackbird Bakery you'll walk through a darkened entryway where you'll see the front counter. It's a small space, but don't let that fool you. This is one of the few places to get a healthy lunch and of you have dietary restrictions, chances... More

a great place for a casual lunch or dinner. Cute patio area. We had a wonderfully fresh salad with quinoa and a ham croissant that was really superb. Quick, affordable, and yummy.

Tasty food to be sure. Very fresh and flavourful. Two quibbles. The first is why is a pickle spear considered a side with a sandwich? I understand that small businesses have narrow profit margins, but really? Second, many people do not like rye bread and/or caraway seeds. So, if you are serving a sandwich on rye, you might want to... More

Tucked alway toward the back of a little mall, this little shop serves some inventive sandwiches, salads and soup. Menu is short but diverse. I enjoyed a shaved ham and chèvre with apricot chutney croissant sandwich. And a creamy Virgil's Root Beer, recipe from the north of England. Order at the front, and orders delivered to you fairly promptly. You... More

We stopped here and were starving. You order at a counter inside. We had a grilled chipotle pork sandwich, croissant ham and cheese (with turkey instead of ham), grilled cheese, and a special salad of the day (can't remember what it was). I thought it was weird that a pickle was considered a side, and a side come with all... More
