Food was good especially homemade hash browns. Splitting a meal isn't a bad idea as portions are quite large. Decent coffee and very pleasant service .

Stopped in to get a coffee for the road trip home. Ended up having a huge slice of homemade cherry pie with vanilla ice cream. Super good! While the coffee and pie were good, the woman serving us was awesome!
I stopped here on my way back to Port Angeles from Rialto Beach. It was a decent burger, but probably was frozen. The fries were homemade and the portions were huge.

The Hungry Bear appears to be the only stop in the middle of nowhere. It's between Crescent Lake and the turn to 113 on Route 101. Colorful, happy and good food.
