Ate here with our teens last week, but there was a space heater inside, super friendly staff, hot cider and tasty fish and chips. I liked the halibut best, my husband loved the salmon. Our kids got the chicken strips and said they were the best they've had at any restaurant in a long time. Coleslaw was very tasty, too.... More

I have wanted to go to this restaurant for many years, but it was never quite at the top of my list, although many friends have raved about it. The fish and chips were good, but not outstanding. Perhaps it was because my expectations had been built up too high. Bottom line is that it was good, but there are... More

They do deep fried fish, clams, etc. Outside seating in a courtyard. People watch while you eat. Salmon was good. Novel little place for a fast lunch.

This was my first visit and I think the halibut fish & chips was the best fish and chips I ever had. Usually I avoid 'beer battered' food because the batter is far too thick (I suppose that's because it's a lot less expensive than fish) and so it picks up lots of cooking oil. Here, the batter was thin... More

I was intrigued by the bus and patio setting, but what a surprise. Some of the best fish (with chips) I've ever had.

Great fish and chips (can choose from cod, halibut, or salmon; two or three pieces). Greasy spoon greasy feel but authentic and malt vinegar available for the fries. There is a very small 3 table indoor but unheated area otherwise all outdoor eating.

It was a bit of a wait but well worth it! Good luck finding it open though. It seems to be closed frequently.

Had the cod & chips and it was absolutely wonderful. Everything tastes fresh...the tarter sauce was heavenly. Will definitely go back the next time we are in the area.

Great place for freshly made fish and chips - friendly staff and a fun outdoor setting. It's in an old double decker bus and a Fairhaven landmark.

The food was good. Service is a little slow but not bad given the small venue, a converted double decker London bus. Their location on a counter let's you eat and watch the flow of a small town. For the fish and chips I recommend the lingcod or halibut. Would definitely stop again when I am in Bellingham.
