Love this place. The food is incredible, some locally sourced. It's a fun bar with really great music on the weekends. There's a beer garden area in the back should the day be sunny.

The Old Edison has such character. A casual saloon-type establishment on the corner as you arrive in Edison offers two shuffle boards to use while enjoying a libation and lunch/dinner. Corned beef and cabbage is great when offered, especially on St. Paddy's day. Specials of the day are offered and live music on occasion. Fun place to meet locals and... More

We were there on a Thursday evening about 7:30 PM. There were 4 people at the bar and 18 people at 6 tables in the dining section. Service was friendly, server very attentive with beverages, but things did not seem to be running too efficiently. It seemed as though they were adequately staffed but food was very slow in arriving.... More

Had a nice meal with drinks for $20 per person, including tip. Parking was a bit limited. And the service was timely.

Stopped in for lunch. Service was good. Husband had the special of the day which was an Ahi tuna melt. It was delicious but was skimpy on the tuna for the price. I had the Turkey sandwich with a cup of clam chowder. My sandwich had a generous portion of thick sliced house smoked turkey. The clam chowder was amazing.... More

The Edison is a definite must eat local restaurant.. Delicious ( try the lamb burger) and cool local bands almost nightly! Play shuffleboard, have a drink and yum!

The Old Edison Tavern is busy - all the time. It serves up very good pub grub in an old-school rustic wooden walled tavern complete with two full size shuffle boards, a large outdoor eating area, and live music on weekends. Their Boston clam chowder was full of fresh veggies, clams, and bacon in a perfectly thickened base - delicious!... More

This last weekend I visited the Old Edison three times and each was a treat! You know the place is GOOD when twice in one weekend it's packed with happy smiling people! It also has a nice backyard, so I was able to get out side and enjoy my meal and some good conversation!! Even when it's quiet it's a... More

I met a old friend here with my wife for supper. Had the ribs and they were great. This is a historic spot in the valley. Edison is a very small town, don't blink.
