Im not getting all the great reviews. I know this place has been there for a long time but tonight they operated like they've been in business only a week. If they're going to charge what they do for a meal I expect to have that level of service. Waitress was snippy, they were out of a lot of items... More

Angelo's has been in business since I was born, in the early 1950s. There's only one reason a restaurant lasts that long. Top quality food prepared well.

31/2 stars Have eaten here twice - the first time we were seated in the cozy, warm dining room, and both of us really enjoyed our meals. I had a special - can't recall exactly what, but it was vegetarian and delicious. We recently ate here again, on Valentine's Day (Italian restaurant, romance, right?). I had made the reservation about... More

Two of us ate dinner at Angelo's. This is a roomy place with lots of seating. Their steaks come in 3 sizes. I had the small one cooked in wine and garlic and it was perfect. Also, cooked medium rare exactly as ordered. My brother tried the canneloni and it was very good as well. Dinner came with a small... More

This is the best Italian place around. We have been going to Angelos for 20 years and have always had a fantastic time. We have had birthday parties and even our daughters graduation party here. The roquefort port wine steak is the BEST steak around.

Many folks have been regulars here for years in this old-style Italian decor restaurant. They have a meeting room for special events. There is a separate bar with a happy hour from 3:30-6:30PM - lots of noisy regulars here. Once we were told that they serve from the lunch menu until 4:30pm in addition to the happy hour menu; but... We ordered the ravioli dish for like 16 bucks and for that price I thought it would be great. Turns out I got 3 raviolis with some sauce. WHAT A RIP-OFF NEVER COMING BACK

This is the gathering place of local folks who want a good dinner or lunch at a good price. While it may be Italian in name, the food is mostly feel good. We give this neighborhood eatery 5 points for service, atmosphere, down to earth cooking and wonderful bar service. If you want value rather than posh, this is your... More
