Generous portions of well prepared food served by a friendly staff in a pleasant room without obnoxious music makes this a winner for us based on 3 visits for lunch. We had the cioppino 2 times, once outstanding and once merely good, but both times a phenomenal bargain, a great salad with seafood, apples and, interestingly, capers. Bread pudding to... More

Brought several work colleagues in for an impromptu lunch. Two of us had the amazing grilled cheese and tomato bisque; the other two ordered a salad and their special pulled pork burrito. We all loved the food. I'll be back again for more grilled cheese and tomato bisque. Mmmm mmmm.

It was a dreary & very wet day. My husband & I walked in to this restaurant for lunch. They're known for their Tomato Bisque soup. That sounded just perfect so we ordered it with their grilled cheese sandwich. Yum Yum !! The soup was chunk full of tomatoes with a creamy tomato broth & basil. Very flavorful. Their grilled... Have had numerous meals there over the years, breakfasts and lunches. Always found it reliable. Stop there and enjoy the town of Edmonds as well! It's a lovely downtown and easily walkable. Love the soup and salads.

We have dined here often with family and have never been disappointed. The food is fresh, the menu is varied and changes over time. We recommend it!

I liked this place as it reminded me of home cooking. I went recently and was disappointed with the meals. I tried the boneless short ribs but it was dry and overcooked, maybe even microwaved. My wife has a quesadilla and the meat was not great and it was bland. I do appreciate the craft beer selection but lots of... More

Food and service pretty good. Portions a little small. Had salmon scramble. Friend had eggs. All standard. Not greasy - well prepared and healthy.

We came on a sunny day in February for lunch. We unloaded our senior moms in the driveway next to the entrance. Parking is a problem; I had to park 4 blocks away. The restaurant was busy but service was good. I ordered the meat loaf sandwich which was good but not remarkable. My wife had the spinach salad with... More

A tough choice. Hearty, healthy breakfast or tasty lunch or happy hour or dinner? Good choices all. Don't forget the tomato soup.
