My daughter and I were in town for a visit at CWU. Several people recommended The Yellow Church Cafe so we chose it for dinner before the theatre performance we were attending. Becuse of the show, we were on a slightly shorter time frame than we would have liked, but all it took was a word on this predicament to... More

We stopped by on a Friday afternoon with a group of 8. We were waited on and served promptly.....all ordering different lunches ...they all looked wonderful and my grilled cheeses was delicious. We all had separate checks, the waitress was very efficient... great experience, many fresh options in a cute place.

For lunch, we had the grilled cheese and the BLTA sandwich, both on the baked heavenly bread. The cafe is in an old church that had been painted yellow. The setting is unusual and fun for casual dining. The service is friendly and efficient and the food well prepared. But the baked heavenly loaf bread is unusual and really good.... More

My husband and I, our son and his wife, visited The Yellow Church Cafe twice while visiting Ellensburg. Lunch was delicious, in fact so great that we returned the next evening for dinner. It was wonderful, everything from the appetizer to dessert. The quaint atmosphere was so relaxing and just plain fun. Our compliments to the chef and the wait... More

The breakfast we had was huevos rancheros, and it was delicious. The place is cute and comfortable. The waitress was very friendly. Don't skip the cinnamon rolls. Amazing!

Food this good should should be a sin. In town two days for work, ate lunch both days here. Very tasty, great service and no wait. Day one I had the Greek sandwich, day two the b.l.t.a. Very fresh and well put together food.

I love this restaurant! I eat here about 2-3 times a year when I am visiting my daughter who attends Central Washington University. She picked it for her special 21st birthday celebration. Drew was a great server and the food was amazing as always. Their Heavenly Loaf was a fun appetizer. I had the ahi tuna entree which was exceptional.... More

My friend and I really enjoyed the sandwiches, all the toppings were fresh and delicious! This is not your traditional Hot Turkey sandwich, it has fresh apple slices and caramelized onions. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Only, drawback was the prices, it is a little spendy at $13-$15 per sandwich but overall a very good place to have... More
