The TAV is a must in Ellensburg. Great food, tasty beer and friendly staff. Go with a burger and fries!

Smack dab in the heart of historic Ellensburg. Comfortable booths with tables etched by initials from years hosting college kids. Friendly, fast service. Lots of big screens to take in the game. And an exceptional assortment of beers and wines.
We stopped in for dinner one night , the place was packed , it took a while for a table to open up , but when one did the bar maid was there right away to take our drink & food order, even though they...More
From Australia on a bus tour. Stopped here for lunch a month ago. Ordered the 12 Fried Chicken Wings for $9.00. Tasted really good and we shared them between the 2 of us. Good value. Really liked the basket that was on every table too,...More
A classic in E-burg! I always try to stop there when on I-90. Every one of their burgers are great!!! I'm not sure if they flame broil the burger , but it sure has a great flavor! My favorite is the Black & blue. Be...More
The Tav is small (unless you eat outside) and gets very loud. The food is OK, smaller portion of fries and the burger is just another burger. Hoping it would have a more "tavern" flavor. The portion was on the smaller size and the service...More
A great deal - lots of good food. The place was busy, but we still got a table and they still had enough prime rib for the whole party. Mashed potatoes were especially yummy.
I had a very rude service person just now on the phone while I was trying to make a reservation. She couldn't hear me (bar noise) I repeated three times and finally shouted the name and she hung up. Don't know about going back there!!!
The TAV has the best most adventurous burgers in town. Awesome Ruebens and amazing deepf ried green beans are just a few of the scrumptious things you can find on their menu.
Friendly staff and we were promptly greeted, orders taken and food arrived quickly. This is a busy place, but staff were capable. Shelley had the burger dip and liked it; I had the chicken san; it need more seasoning or dressing.
