This little place has the best Mexican food in the area. Nothing fancy but amazing food. Their tacos are to die for and the burritos are huge...stuffed with te best ingrediants.....

Always make sure to stop here for Taco's or Burritos. The staff are super friendly, food is fresh. I recommend this NON Commercial family run restaurant!

Stopped in for an early dinner after hearing about it from my barber. People are very friendly and hospitable and the food was outstanding. Both my wife and I had Carne Asada and it was outstanding. Great flavor and done to perfection. Will definitely stop back again!

We visited for the first time due to the great reviews, and the reviews are right, this is home made and delicious. Four instead of five stars because . . . The service was definitely lacking but I don't care when the food is that great. This is an order at the counter place and the counter does not readily... More

We had tacos and enchiladas during our visit. The meat was a little dry due to overcooking, but the food was tasty and authentic. Fast service.

This is the right place if you want authentic Mexican food with no frills. It is not fancy, but the food is really great, probably it is the best restaurant in issaquah. Also they have always soccer on tv ;-)

After moving to Issaquah 4 years ago from San Diego, I have been craving authentic Mexican food. Friends suggested several places they said made "really good Mexican food." Each time I tried one, I was VERY disappointed! Finally, I found Taqueria la Venadita. The atmosphere is very quaint and the restaurant is family owned and operated. You go to the... More

We are from south Texas, the only thing Mexican about it was the words on the menu. The quacomole was ok, the enchiladas were no where close to authentic! Feel bad that everyone thinks it's "real Mexican" where we come from, this is worse then Taco Bell!

I was roaming through my local town, craving some Chinese food, went to TripAdvisor and found this place as the first entry. The ratings were really good, so I decided to give it a try. I had the Carne Asada for my lunch, and it exceeded my expectations. It was an excellent choice, glad I got it. Cooked perfectly, seasoned... More
