I have been going to the Hawks Prairie Restaurant for 25+ years. It has the most delicious biscuits and gravy and has the best breakfast! My kids really enjoy the pancakes and French toast. It's nothing fancy it's just good all American homestyle cooking. Go hungry though. Prepare, to be bloated when you leave. Delicious 😋

We had a big family gathering and showed up early. They had us in a room by ourselves and hey accommodated us early. The service was excellent and so was the food. Doesn't hurt that I Love breakfast for dinner. Thank you for a great family gathering!

They were very busy around 10:00 AM Sunday morning. The service was good, kitchen was fast and all the food was prepared and served promptly, as ordered.

We stopped in for lunch and enjoyed everything we ordered. The Chef Salad was huge, fresh and tasty.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu is large with good selections for vegetarians. The quality of the food is very good for a diner (real butter and real half & half). One of the best breakfast places in the greater Olympia area!

We usually go here for breakfast and the selection is very good. The service is good and the food arrives hot. We have eaten one dinner here and our selections were very good as well.

The food was good and the servings large. Service was friendly but not fast. Prices a little higher than competition. Won't substitute items on the menu even when asking for a less expensive item.

We enjoy breakfast at Hawks Prairie. There's nothing fancy here. You'll get a full plate of food for a reasonable, albeit not cheap, price. Good value! Ham steak is always a solid choice. The chicken fried steak is good, as well.

I went on a Tuesday morning at about 10 and as you can imagine there were not that many diners in the restaurant. I was greatly impressed with the chicken fried steak, country gravy and eggs. My companion had biscuits and gravy which she declared was great. The food was hot and fresh and flavorful. The service was excellent. Just... More
