Icicle Brewing Co. Khaos Kolsc Leavenworth, Wa
Your glass is now in session as the frigid water of icicle creek tumbles down the canyon, pouring over boulders, churning in eddies, foam & froth billowing from beneath, it dreams of one day becoming the greatest beer ever. a German ale that delicately balances subtle fruit flavors & aromas w/ a subdued maltiness, a beer that's fresh like an alpine spring & as crisp as a mountain breeze. it dreams of brewing up to be the downright drinkable, khaos kolsch. abv 5.0% ibu: 21 og: 11.7°p fg: 2.3°p
Icicle Brewing Co. Lokal Lager Leavenworth, Wa
A taste of our town we've milled, mashed, brewed & fermented the local area & crafted a lager that's golden like the sunrise & smooth like river rock. Just as you would find in our beautiful surroundings, this beer has a bit of everything. From a slightly sweet malty profile to a low noble-hop aroma, our lager combines local ingre- dients as well as inspiration to offer up a hint of our home. ABV 5.0% ibu: 16 og: 12.2p fg: 2.8°p
Icicle Brewing Co. Colchuck Hefeweizen Leavenworth, Wa

Icicle Brewing Co. Dirtyface Amber Leavenworth, Wa
The revival of refreshment finally, a beer that pays homage to the hard working folks in our valley; the trail crews & farmers, the lumberjacks & firefighters, we brew this for you. With a thirsty throat in mind, we've created an am- ber-lager that features a smooth, medium body, w/ a rich toasted malt aroma. The initial malty sweet- ness finishes fresh & clean... unlike its name. No need to wash up, just wash down. ABV 5.0% ibu: 22 og: 13.0°p fg: 3.7°p
Icicle Brewing Co. Apres Harvest Leavenworth, Wa
Refreshing, hoppy a fresh hopped pale ale, using fresh simcoe hops. Fresh hops lend a strongly hopped nose, & refreshing, flavor forward notes that strike the tongue, this seasonal is always satisfying. ABV 5.0% ibu: 33 og: 12.7 fg: 3.3
Icicle Brewing Co. Bootjack IPA Leavenworth, Wa
A bouquet of balance this'northwest classic' is a harmonious blend of our pride & our passion inspired by the rugged & gentle terrain of the cascade mountains. Starting w/ the pristine waters of icicle creek, we add the intense flavors & aromas of our locally grown yakima hops, pairing the citrusy floral hop notes w/ a sweet-malty undertone. It's an IPA that's breaking the barrier between bitter & bold. ABV 6.5% ibu: 73 og: 15.7°p fg: 3.8°p
Icicle Brewing Co. Priebe Porter Leavenworth, Wa
The dark knight of der town to the wizard of water, the master of mash, the baron of barley, & kingpin of craft. The head of hops, the kettle's king, the yoda of yeast, & guru of grain. The duke of dunkels, the leader of lagers, the ace of ales, & sultan of sours: we raise our glass to you ingenious explorer & say, "thank you dean for the priebe porter! " So dark & so rich, robust & full flavored, the hops & aroma make it hard not to savor. ABV 6.5% ibu: 34 og: 15.7°p fg: 3.8°p

There was a line; it was worth the wait. The staff was attentive. The open grill is charming. The picnic seating features heaters (December) and a roof. People were friendly.

One of our favorite places to go downtown for Sausage and sauerkraut. Outdoor fireplaces and many different mustard choices make it even better. Definitely a place to stop.

The food was excellent, the setup was a little clumsy. Wish they had some ketchup but all that I seen available was mustard. Traditional but I still like ketchup. The seating was a little crowded for a midweek off-season day. I definitely would go back...More

We weren’t sure we wanted to wait in the long line but had been told by several people that we needed to eat here while in town. It was worth the wait and warmed our tummies on a cold winter day!
