They will have a daily special, you just need to ask what it is. We had the $2.99 burger and fries, they were really good!

Upon the recommendation of many people, we visited The Brick while staying at Suncadia Resort. We went for lunch and were not disappointed. It has a great history, a wonderful interior, and the service was impressive. The menu is varied and reasonably priced--and all of...More

If you find yourself in Roslyn, you have to drop in for a local beverage at The Brick. It's historic, a true watering hole from the coal mining/logging era. Check out the water feature too...can't miss it if you tried. Great beer and hard licks.

Iconic location and for lovers of the "Northern Exposure" an even greater experience ! The service was good and friendly and fast and he staff very informative about the history of the town and the bar. Ask the barman about what runs under the bar

Pozole is wonderful and worth the trip all on its own. Nice cocktails as well. Quiet and lots of space for the kids to run around on a Monday in January.

Welcome to the legendary Brick Saloon, Washington’s oldest continuously operating bar, established in 1889. From our famous 100 year old bar showcasing the original 23’ running water spittoon, to our basement jail cell, colorful coal mining history, tasty pub fare, and live music every Friday and Saturday night, The Brick is sure to be your favorite roadhouse stop!

We are a family friendly restaurant. Minors are welcomed in our family dining area daily until 9pm (when our kitchen closes). The bar area is 21+ and also is part of our restaurant. Live music is provided every Friday and Saturday night. Hope you stop in to see us and enjoy a bit of history in our wonderful little town of Roslyn!
