Sharps RoastHouse has been voted one of the best Seatac restaurants. We are a local restaurant and bar next door to Seatac Airport (Seattle International Airport), just outside of Seattle. We offer scratch American Cuisine, fine crafted cocktails and Northwest wine and beer. Our custom roasting works showcases our 12-hour Hereford Prime Rib, Applewood Smoked St Louis Ribs and spit fired organic rotisserie chicken. Perfect for a quick bite before a flight or layover or after picking up a hungry friend from a long day of traveling.

Outstanding Dining experience and great location for either family meal or business meal. Extensive variety of competiveily priced entrees and appetizers and liquer selections. Having been a frequent customer for over past 25 years at both the SEA airport location and the Kirkland location when it was operating and never been disappointed. Clean, neat, well prepared and always high quality of ingrediants. .Highly recommend the BBQ pork sandwiches and the double smoke burnt tips, as well as dessert selections. Server SAM was engaing, professional as well as customer service oriented. Her cheerful approach and greeting were well received and appreciated.

So, given it’s location, near the airport, sharing a parking lot with an ordinary looking hotel, expectations were that this place would be OK at best. Could not have been more wrong. Everything about this place was fantastic. The line outside and the full parking lot were the first hints that expectations may have been too low. First of all, service was great from beginning to end. Everything we ordered was also amazing. The homemade cornbread, made apparently from a 65 year old sourdough starter was the best I’ve ever had. Chopped salads were great, and a perfect size. Then, the entrees, Alaskan Cod fish and chips and Prime Rib were some of the best I’ve ever had anywhere. Absolute diamond in the rough. Consider making a reservation on Open Table if you can to avoid a potential wait if you walk in, but even if you have to wait, you won’t regret it.

we were trying to get dinner at 1830 on a Saturday next to Sea Tac. not a good plan, but we got seated quite quickly despite it being very busy.
The restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere.
The staff was pleasant and helpful. The server was quite new, but did a good job. The manager even stopped by to check on us
they had a decent sized menu
a nice surprise was the maple butter cornbread appetizer
we had 1/2 pound burgers which were tasty and well prepared
The fries were not soggy
They had a great heffeweizen beer on tap
the prices were not terribly expensive for a city
overall I would recommend eating here if you are staying in the Sea Tac area.

My family was staying at the Coast Gateway hotel across the parking lot and chose to eat dinner at this nearby restaurant. They were able to seat the six of us fairly quickly, and we were advised they had a happy hour from 3-6pm daily with a few drink specials and several meals at reduced prices. The martini for $5.99 was the best value on the happy hour drink menu. We shared the BBQ pork nachos and really enjoyed them. My wife and I split the prime rib dip sandwich which was good but not great. We all felt that the dining room we were seated in was uncomfortably warm. We could not determine if it was just because they were roasting their meats in a nearby display kitchen, but the meal would have been more enjoyable if the dining room wasn't so warm.

I'd previously written about not getting the promised 20% WA resident discount. The restaurant manager contacted me about a month later, apologized and refunded ~30% of our meals cost. Nice of him to do that. I change my review now to 5 stars.

We were so glad that we chose Sharp's. The hospitality was quick and friendly. She brought small glasses with a bottle of water. We chose a Seattle burger, pulled pork sandwich and prime rib sandwich with au jus. The flavors were extra tasty. Our daughter loved her hibiscus lemonade that was brought in a tall glass, beautiful presentation. We will return.

Great spot near SeaTac. The service here is always friendly and fast. Had the roasted 1/2 chicken and steamed broccoli both of which were excellent. The place can get crowded but if leaving SeaTac and need dinner or lunch I would recommend checking this place out. They also have sour dough pasta made on site that you can buy bags to go. These are excellent but the price per bag is steep.

Tried the Roasthouse for dinner after reading the reviews. Bad choice. The hamburger I got was well-done, even though I had asked for it on the rare side. The mac and cheese my husband got had deep-fried chicken on it that was inedible. To the restaurant's credit, they took his meal off our bill, but if this is how they cook, we'd have done better at Denny's! On the plus side, we got our food very quickly and it came out hot with plenty of quantity. Seems like there must be better options in the area.

Nice restaurant. Good menu choices and a very pleasant atmosphere. The layout was quite imaginative - lots of little nooks and crannies that afforded some privacy for those seated in them. Food was very good - my buddy had roast chicken and I had a fancy burger. We were both happy with our choices and found our server, Chris, to be very attentive without overdoing it. Portions more than adequate. Prices pretty reasonable for this part of the world. A short walk from the Hilton Doubletree where I was staying.

Got my sandwich and took it home. It was overcooked and was not good. I tipped for takeout THEN they charged me a too go fee of 5% 1.12 and additionally another 5% in cooks commission another 1.12. I feel they ripped me off. I tipped so wtf is with the additional 10% in fees. I will never return to Sharps roasthouse as they DID RIP ME OFF. the menu price advertised should be the final price other than tax.. Screw them find a better restaurant that is honest. Addition charges is only a way for them to rip you off!

This place is incredible. It's the neighborhood bar Applebee's pretends to be. Meat roasting in the dining room, whiskey spinning in barrels when you walk in, and the incredibly friendly staff makes this a fantastic choice for any night. This will become a must stop, everytime I'm in town.
Their Bar Boss whiskey is top notch as are their Arnold Palmers. The food was phenomenal. I can honestly say there were no downsides, even the comics in the restroom were a great addition.
And...you get complementary cornbread

Whenever we are heading back home after our flight has landed, we make a stop at Sharp's, conveniently located near SeaTac Airport. There is not a bad choice on the menu. We've enjoyed so many of their dishes and each one is deliciously prepared. The corn bread is so good. This last time we were entertained by our server Melissa. Her enthusiasm for everything on the menu was admirable; her quips were fun, timely and hilarious! She really added to our experience.

We went here for dinner during an overnight layover while staying at the Coast Gateway Hotel. I was expecting a typical overpriced and cheap airport restaurant. I was so impressed, that I wanted to take the time to write a review. The service here was absolutely incredible. I don't remember our servers name but he made menu suggestions and had fun socializing with us despite us being tired and hungry after a long travel day. He made our dining experience so much better. The food was also delicious. My in-laws quarter chicken was fantastic, the salads were great, my tacos were perfect. Everything here was awesome.

We were overnighting before returning home to Hawaii, and our hotel shuttle took us here after we'd checked reviews. Our server Jimmy had some great insights and we ended up with the amazing sourdough pasta with bbq pork and the signature chicken roaster. Both were excellent, and we had so much left over that we had the best meal on an airplane ever the next day! Jimmy had some good advice on beer as well. Service was incredibly fast, and the food was wonderful. One of the best meals on our vacation, we'll be back. Mahalo.

Excellent menu choices. The Beef Brisket sandwich was spot on… tender and Smokey with a soft brioche bun. The chicken with garlic mash potatoes was incredibly flavorful. The Server we had (Hailey) was Knowledgeable to the menu and very attentive to our needs. Service was top notch!
