I had the waffle and ice cream item on the menus with the Madagascar vanilla ice cream. It was really yummy and I wish I had another one right about now! The staff wasn't super friendly but professional. I'd recommend being cautious when entering their parking lot though and I scrapped the bottom of my vehicle on the huge dip.

They used to carry a bigger variety of ice cream, but I can still find one I like! Very small inside. Patio outside. Service is very good.

I used to spend a lot of time at The Scoop years ago. Loved the original owners, and the Brain Freeze (locally made brand) of ice cream. Brain Freeze is truly one of the best ice creams I have ever had - not loaded with suger, masking the true flavors. Unfortunately the new owner is now making their own brand... More

I had the pleasure of getting very familiar with the Scoop while my wife and I were living in Spokane. Full disclosure, she worked there for much of the time we lived in Spokane, but the conclusions I reached about this place, while informed by "under the hood" knowledge, are not currently being compromised by any sort of professional connection.... This place has the best icecream in Spokane! I have not had a flavor that I didn't love, the salted-caramel is amazing!

Beware. On warm summer evenings this place usually has a line out the door. They offer free samples so service can be a little slow as customers taste the different flavors. There's a good selection of interesting flavor combinations and the prices are really good - exactly $2 for a single scoop on a cake or sugar cone. Outdoor seating... More

I love this little ice cream shop! Always starts variety to choose from. And there is always a line when I go! I have yet to try the sandwiches but the ice cream is great!

My family and I had the great pleasure of visiting The Scoop on the east side of South Hill this evening for some ice cream treats! This little neighborhood jewel is simply wonderful. They have a great variety of locally made ice creams and plenty of sidewalk tables to sit and enjoy them! The baby scoop cones are especially fun... More

The Scoop is a quaint community gathering place, hidden amongst the tree lined streets on the South Hill of Spokane. We are a locally owned family business that serves our fresh made ice cream made in store using fresh ingredients and liquid nitrogen! We are also known for our Liege inspired waffles made fresh every morning and served until noon. We also serve Roast House Coffee on our espresso bar.
