They have a great selection of baked goods, salads and sandwiches. The shuttle bus stops on the way out and the way back so you have two chances for goodies.

My mom and I stopped by the Pastry Company at lunch time and were treated to the BEST curry soap EVER! Pasteries were to die for and we took sandwiches with us for the return trip back on the Lady of the Lake!

We spent three days in Stehekin and after having lunch here on the day that we arrived, we made sure we made our way here every afternoon for a great cup of Americano and some type of cookie or pastry. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious. The thing about is, they have no competition in this remote area. They really... More

Soups, pastries, sandwiches, pizza, quiche, cookies, whatever.....always delicious. Plus a fun place in the fall to meet PCT hikers!

The bakery, as you can see by the reviews, is top notch. Not to mention the location. Yikes. it's just a few miles from the Pacific Crest Trail. There's a bus from the trial head at Stehekin to the bakery and all the through-hikers have heard the bakery's reputation on the trial for weeks and getting to it is part... More

And scones, too! Look at the size of that scone...have you ever seen one that large?! Good pastries, sandwiches, coffee. If the tour bus is there, the place will be packed. But...it's worth waiting for. Grab a seat outside and chill for a bit. Then when the bus is gone, go get something to eat. You'll be glad you did.

Yes the cinnamon rolls & sticky buns are as good as described by others. The pies (my favorite being the blueberry), danish & savory meat & cheese pastries are also must haves. BUT don't overlook the salads (which may be one of the GF options) pizza (especially for the kids) & sandwiches (the latter 2 being perfect picnic fare. With... More

Fresh local berries used in the pastries. No one would expect this type of bakery to be in this remote location. Also, had sandwiches and more.

This bakery rivals anything anywhere. Divine sandwiches, delicious pastries with savory or sweet fillings, wonderful treats and pies. We took some bread back home with us. Enjoy!

Gigantic homemade cinnamon rolls and sticky buns are a daily staple. The bakery staff are talented and friendly, well-able to handle the bustle from periodic shuttle stops with hungry hikers. The breakfast egg-and-cheese sandwich was quite delicious, but the best breakfast creation was Robbie Courtnety's special "Egg in a Biscuit." During a multi-day visit to Stehekin, I enjoyed a couple... More
