Good food, particularly salads. Great ambiance, fun staff. They know their wine! My only complaint is breakfast menu is too pork heavy (a plus for many, I know!)

Restaurant food is over rated, ambiance non-existent, and over priced. It's almost like they want to be a "wannabe ", but don't have the skill.

Agate Pass Cafe has hit its stride and become one of my favorite spots on the Kitsap Peninsula. It's a cozy little spot for a great meal or just a relaxing craft cocktail at the bar. The staff knows how to mix a cocktail and the staff is so welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend this little spot for... More

Agate Pass Cafe is located by Puget Sound. Although the restaurant is small, the menu is varied and interesting, and the food is delicious.

My husband and I celebrated an early Valentines Day here yesterday. It was our second visit and as great as the first! Food is exceptional and creative. Service was friendly and professional. We'll be back!

The first time I came here, the food was not stellar although the service, wine and ambience were wonderful. I typically would not go back, but am glad I did. Everything was wonderful. Love the small, intimate atmosphere especially on a rainy night. Very attentive service, but they also allowed us to go slowly and take our time -- which... More

My husband and I met family here for Sunday Brunch. We were greeted in a warm and inviting manner. As we lingered over our delicious meal and coffee I never felt rushed. It was truly a lovely experience.

We've been here four times now, twice excellent and twice just ok. Tonight was just ok. Tow of us ordered steak, one rare, one medium well. The steak was gristley and had too much fat. The French fries were served too salty, and the French onion soup was not edible. The dressing served with the pear salad was too tart... More

Because you know the food it's going to be amazing, and the service is top top-notch. You can't take that chance at any restaurant. We love coming here!

Have visited Agate Pass many times. I reviewed it in May of 2016. Most recent visit was Oct.2016 . The quality and service did not live up to past experiences. Our waitress was lovely and friendly but completely forgot our salad order. Apologies accepted. Three of us ordered the scallop dish but it was not very good. 5 small scallops... More
