There isn't a better breakfast in town. That may be a low bar, but still the Duck is a fun place to go. There is nothing cookie-cutter about it.

We stopped here for lunch - every other place was closed either for the season or for Sunday. They have your regular selection of burgers and mexican food. The food was good, nothing exceptional, though.

We visited Winthrop last year to ski the Methow Valley trails. We returned again this year and know to head over to the duck brand for a hearty delicious breakfast before heading out on the trails. Terrific breakfast menu. Dinner selections are varied and we had terrific fajitas. Our only regret was our meal was so filling we didn't dare... More

I was with a group at the Duck Brand Restaurant in Winthrop. We all enjoyed the food and large portions served. The food is very tasty. The location of the Duck Brand is convenient in the town of Winthrop. I highly recommed eating here during a vacation in Winthrop. The breakfasts are also awesome.

It's been quite awhile since we've dined here - decided to stop in for lunch on Sunday of Martin Luther King weekend. Initially we were the only ones in there. One cook, one waiter, both courteous and competent. (I would recommend cleaning up the deck: Christmas tree & leftover greenery, etc. ) I had a beef burrito (huge and tasty),... More

Winthrop is one of our favourite destinations. We discovered this Cantina while exploring Winthrop. It's now our "go to" place to eat. In our experience, the food is very good - and the service is excellent..

It is an OK place to eat, but not my first choice in Winthrop. More than a diner, but not gracious eating by any means. Food is good, but not great.

Service is friendly. The food came in misshapen portions. Mexican food is served in massive sizes; burgers are the size of a fast food hamburger. It is difficult to ascertain the theme of the location, but if you want a warm meal served with a warm smile, this is your place.

They were the only restaurant we could find in town that was open for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and we were pleasantly surprised. Nice and cozy atmosphere, I ordered omelette and my husband had French toast and bacon, both very tasty. Out waiter was very attentive and courteous.
