Very lively little pub. Food was not the best but the beer made up for it. Kale salad was good but the fish & chips not so much.

Great craft beer and a wonderful menu. The staff is down to earth, friendly and helpful. We went on open mic night. Not the best talent, but still very entertaining.

The beers are quite good here, and brewed on-site. Typical pub grub, nothing wrong with it at all. We had an excellent waiter who went out of his way on a very busy weekend night to make sure we had what we needed. This is a really good joint, it just needs more tables.

Great place for good food and good brews. They have many selections of tasty brews of their own. Nice menu of a variety of items. The Old Schoolhouse Brewery in a very busy place so often a bit on the noisy side, but if that does not bother you then there is so much good about the place. Enjoy!

We try and stop for a beer and a meal at least once when we are staying in the area. She had the quesadilla and for me a burger. The food was much better than average. We had an exceptional server who interacted well with us. We timed our arrival perfectly before the crowds showed up. It can be noisy... More

New ownership has improved the menu significantly. Much is locally sourced from Thomson Custom meats in Twisp or Blue Bird Grains up valley. I had the chicken sandwich with the Balsamic vinegar reduction. Really well crafted and flavorful. The herb fries were also excellent. Family had the sweet potato fries and various burgers. Everything was done well. Service was very... More

Amble selection of locally crafted microbrews at the Old Schoolhouse. IPA selection is expansive with the New Zealand IPA particularly good. A nice casual food selection and friendly staff as well.

After a full day of skiing we were looking forward to dinner at the Old Schoolhouse Brewery. We had checked out the menu online and had scoped out our meals. When we arrived the place was packed-- a Seahawks game was just ending. We managed to find a seat as the sports fans left. That said, the place was still... More

Enjoyed a variety of OSH beers and wines from Lost River Winery. Awesome Reuben Sandwich, Nachos and Sweet Potato Fries. Can't wait to return this summer and relax on your new riverside patio.

We stay in or around Winthrop at least once a year and are "regulars" at the Old Schoolhouse Brevery, aka "OSB", at least while in town. The ales are good and range from a blonde to imperial stout, with some 6-7 types in between. The food is standard pub grub, like several types of burgers, fish and chips (three types... More

This family-friendly, riverside brewery and gastropub serves a plethora of award-winning beers that perfectly compliment our delicious, local food. Nestled in the foothills of the North Cascades National Park, this destination brewery is a gem of a discovery in every season. We regularly feature live music and are the thriving heartbeat of the Methow Valley. At OSB, our focus is on quality ingredients--the choicest hops, perfectly malted grains, and our famously delicious Winthrop water, all overseen by our award winning Head Brewer, Kyle Koger. At OSB, we are more than just about the beer. We bring the community together, so authentic connections can be made. Come discover for yourself! While you're here, be sure to say hi to our new owners--Jacob, Nathan & Troy! We can't wait to get to know you. Cheers--" A full list of where we sell our ales outside of the Methow Valley can be found on our website.
