Just the kind of place you don't expect to find in Charleston: small, thoughtful, attentive, quiet(er), away from the crowd. Changing, seasonal, truly farm-to-table menu, prepared and served with intelligence.

If you don't know where you're going you'll never find this place, but once you get there you're certainly in for a treat. This place has very limited seating, so if you're going on the weekend, I'd make reservations. Limited menu, but the offerings are well thought out and prepared with expert attention. The shrimp and grits with fried green tomato... More

Upscale, fine dinning. Limited seating and on street parking, although there is a parking garage across the street.

Easily my favorite restaurant in town, and among the best in the state. I've eaten here a half dozen times and never had a bad bite. The menu is rotates weekly. There are usually 4-5 starters, 3 entrées, and a couple of deserts. The ambiance is understated and the focus here is definitely the food. Just try it; based on... More

The menu is always changing, fresh, and exciting. We've never had anything but amazing food. Better than all of Charleston's fine dining restaurants (well, there aren't many, but this one certainly takes the cake). Do yourself a favor: make reservations and eat at this gem.

Great little place with a limited menu but always delicious! Very small place but we like the ambience. Definitely make reservations! Perfect for a group of 8 or less, wouldn't advise more than that and not a good choice for small kids. Not cheap but well worth it!

Usually I rave about Noah's, but the aged steak they served last week was disappointing. I usually wouldn't expect to find grilled rib eye steak served in such a small restaurant, but the menu made it sound so special I gave it a try. Too bad - full of tough gristle and overcooked. They did comp my drink, however, so... More

I decided to take my husband here for his birthday as a surprise, and after all the great reviews we were both surprised and disappointed given all we had read. My husbands soup was tepid, my dinner was room temperature which made it not very appetizing. Too bad, I really like the concept, but for those prices I wouldn't go... More

If you're a "foodie,"this is a must. The atmosphere is warm and thoughtful, but doesn't do the menu justice! These high-end eats are some of the best in town, especially if you're in the mood for something truly creative. I highly recommend this wonderful spot.
