This restaurant is sensational. It only seats about 22 people, and is only open from Wednesday through Saturday, but the food is out of this world! Three couples got together for a lovely 2 1/2 hour dinner served by wonderful Amanda, the only waitress. She is not overworked, as the food comes slowly and consistently. The standing shank of lamb... More

Noah cooks with a creative and really deft touch. We both had the grouper which were very generous portions and accompanied by fresh veggies from his garden in a light Beurre Blanc style sauce which paired beautifully with the perfectly cooked fish. The veggies were fresh tomatillo and cucumber with some lightly fried jicama. We live in the southwest and... More

Enjoyed Noah's last weekend. We had a party of 8 and enjoyed our food and wine. The food is always terrific and service is great. Always make a reservation though.

The menu offered 3 choices, all for $27.00. I had trout - delicious. My husband had pork - a little dry. Small. space, many small tables, maybe 24 inches apart. One server, very competent and knowledgeable for at least 30 people. Lots of waiting, no bread. Afterward, more waiting time for bills with nothing to nibble.

Small and simple with the chef owner Noah as cook, greeter and sometimes waiter. It is consistently good. Make reservations early.

The secret to Noah's is the fact that there is no set menu. He daily offers whatever he brings from his extensive garden and serves it with the best protein he can source locally as well. If you have ever seen the French Laundry's garden in Yountville, CA you can picture what Noah's garden look like.

Noah offers daily dinner specials that are Greenbrier quality. The restaurant is small, so plan ahead. You will need a reservation and it's a rare occasion you can get one "same day". You will find your experience is a treat and Noah's is a place you will want to re-visit.

it was a great experience with a good wine list. it was a bit underdressed in the ambience area and the servers were a bit underdressed since they are holding out for a fine dining experience, otherwise everything was fine..

We were headed to Ohio from NC and always stop in Marietta at a favorite restaurant. I decided to look in Charleston and glad I did! Although a select menu there was enough to choose from and it was all phenomenal. The place is quaint and pleasant. The wine was great (German Riesling) and the food was stellar. Would definitely... Unexpectedly wowed! Everything was exceptional. My only suggestion would be to put a screen up to cover the grow lights. It was a great evening.
