Scotties was full of 'P'. Parking was free and convenient. People who created and served us were genuinely nice and worked hard to please us.. Portions were huge! Prices made my wallet happy. Perfect is the best way to describe our Scotties experience. Two of...us had the ham on ryes with the biggest orders of potato wedges that I have ever seen. My husband and I stopped here on our way to Blackwater Falls State Park, and we were so happy we did! Great atmosphere, food, people and service. Highly recommend! They serve breakfast all day long. The food was so fresh and everything truly homemade! Amazing...place to eat!More

Had to try out Scottie's while in Elkins. My wife and I had lunch on a pretty day on one of the outdoor picnic tables, due tot he 50% seating rule. Great burger and fries. Can see why this is the local's favorite.

Travel through Elkins regularly but have stopped here. Read some reviews on the breakfasts and they are spot on. Huge biscuits!! 1/3 lb sausage patties!! Everyone in our party had a different breakfast item. All were more than good!! I don’t know what lunch and...dinner are like but breakfast here is great!!More

The service was AWFUL!!! An older lady was our server and she was rude and snappy. She was friendly with locals calling them by name and visiting with them. While she was visiting with them, we waited for menus, then drinks, refills etc. She was...snappy with us when we asked her for items. We had to ask her twice - and that is when she got snappy. If she had acknowledged our requests or even got what we asked for we wouldn't have asked twice. We had been there before and our server that time was a young man and he was very good. The food was just okay. Sysco stuff reheated, which would have been okay - but the service just ruined the entire meal. I do not recommend, do yourself a favor and go to Bob Evans for breakfast -at least they are consistent. I like to support mom and pop places, but this is terrible - and for what you get pricey.More

We've had breakfast at Scottie's a number of times and no matter what we get (pancakes, french toast, eggs, etc), it's great. The restaurant is a little small so you may have to wait on a table but the service had always been quick no...matter how busy.More

Stopped there for breakfast. Classic fares, well préparéd. Restaurant is not Big, but staff is warm and take good care if customers.
