Tableside guac not to be missed. Extensive menu. Engaging servers. Margaritas will get you nicely into the weekend. Fun place.

The ambience is very nice here. Friendly waiter who gave us some ideas on what taco dishes were popular. We tried two different kinds and they were both excellent. The homemade salsa was fantastic. The chipotle queso was really good. And, the house margarita topped off the dinner. I will definitely eat here again.
Convenient to the La Quinta, but lots of construction in the area if you are coming from somewhere else right now.
I've been to Jose's several times before and I've always enjoyed their food. I often judge a Mexican place on their chips and salsa since that's the first thing you get to try. They have good stuff. They also have table-side guacamole. We brought our son there for his birthday and he enjoyed some birthday flan, a sombrero and photo... More
Disappointed that they don't take reservations. There were 4 of us and the place was packed on Saturday evening. We asked about outside seating and that was available with no wait. Not too nice of a seating outside though. You are basically in the parking lot with a split rail fence around a small patio. But the food and service... More
Went there for a family dinner. The food was reasonably good, but the wait staff were obliged to parade around performing birthday chants constantly. Very distracting as a dining customer.
We've been to Jose's often and this ways another delicious dinner, drinks, chips, salsa and table-side guacamole! We were not disappointed! My wife and I hit the bar about 8:00 for 2 margaritas and their wonderful chips and salsa. Then moved on to a great meal of chicken chimichanga and a chicken quesadillas. Their table side guac. is the best.
2nd time to Jose's Blue Sombrero and LOVE IT! Had a party of 15 and everyone loved their entree choices. Matt was our waiter and did an outstanding job. We'll be back again!
