My husband and I were in Cedarburg and decided to try something different for lunch. After finding that the local Mexican restaurant didn't serve lunch on the weekends, we ended up at Morton's. It's a "local color" sort of bar, one block west of Washington Avenue, that serves some mighty good food. I ordered the special for the day -... More

My husband and I have stopped in Morton's for years. It used to be a "must-stop" on our list when spending time in Cedarburg. The bloody- marys were incredible. Unfortunately, I think we made our last visit. We stopped in a Saturday afternoon, no one else in the place and we felt as though we were bothering the bartender by... More

This is a great little corner tavern that is especially convenient if you happen to be staying at the Washington House Inn. The ambiance/atmosphere is eclectic and humorous. The food..... well not of the fine dining sort of thing is still very good. The burgers are great and the haystack onion rings are something you can't find very often so... More

Wonderful local bar and close to the inn , so no problems walking here even in the cold. If you like an old fashion Shot and a Beer kind of place, you will love eating here. Great for Sunday morning too.

Great spot...right behind the Rivoli Theater in Downtown Cedarburg. Good food in a cozy atmosphere. The décor is funny with a decidedly noticeable bent towards 'a men's college dorm room.' The women will like the women's bathroom and the men will like the men's bathroom - enough said. Enjoy!

I've been to Morton's many times. I prefer going at lunch or a week day dinner over weekend evenings. When it's crowded it's just plain loud, too loud for me to have a pleasant conversation. But for what Morton's lacks in atmosphere and ambiance it makes up for in its food and service. The servers are solid; friendly and attentive.... More

Morton's was always my first stop when I traveled to Cedarburg for my weekend getaways. The food is really good, authentic Wisconsin fare home cooked. Over the past couple of years, though, I think the service has really gone down hill. Sometimes feels as though if you aren't a "local" you're kind of tolerated.

A one block walk from Washington House Inn. Mini burgers and onion rings were great as well as mozzarella sticks. Service was very good.

Stopped to take a walk around town. Great fall day. After one of the places to go for lunch was closed, we decided to walk to Morton's. First of all, the waitress seemed a bit annoyed that we couldn't place our order after 30 seconds of sitting down. When she finally came back and took orders it seemed that we... More
