Great breakfast

We were on our way home from a trip and wanted some breakfast so we stopped here as we passed through town. We both had skillets for breakfast. They were terrific. We stopped on a late Sunday morning and the place was extremely busy, but they got us seated and served quite quickly. Everyone was hustling about helping out. We would definitely stop again.

Ordered chicken fajitas for $20.00. Over Priced. Waiter was bad. Brought out the plate with beans and rice long before the chicken. Bean and rice were cold by time I received the chicken skillet. Rice and beans tasted old. Tortilla were cold. Chicken skillet was very good. With a pepsi and never asked if I wanted more was $25.00. Even with bad service I gave a $7.00 Tip. Young man was working and not in his ethnic environment. Training probably non Existent. All three seemed poorly trained. Only three tables besides me were occupied. I had breakfast in their old location many many times always great and A reasonable price. Since my wife passed away I do not eat out as much. Disappointing. The owner use to cook and Was very good. They had great waitresses.

We stopped in on our way to apple picking, place is not very big, fills up quick. Our waiter came with coffee and drinks right away, asked for a few minutes to order, and then we were ignored for at least 20 min. Thankfully a very attentive waitress came by to refill coffee! He finally came and took our order. We waited a long long time for our meals. We got in at 11am , left at 12:30. People around us who sat well after us got their food as we still waited. The people at the next table couldn't believe we didnt get our food yet. The food was decent, prices were ok, but our server seemed lost! I watched the other waitstaff running around working very hard, as he folded napkins around silverware. We felt totally neglected. I can understand busyness and low staff, but this was unacceptable service!

Great Place for Lunch

Stopped here for lunch while on a road trip from KS to WI. Had their lasagna, and it was very good. As usual at family restaurants in rural Wisconsin the servings were large. I had ice tea with was dark and strong, served with three lemon slices. Quite tasty.. I can recommend this place.

What a wonderful family restaurant! Normally, I don't eat pancakes, but their pancakes were amazing! This restaurant made everyone happy and I was able to have breakfast for dinner (love that).

Great food and prices!

I came here with a friend after many good recommendations, and was not disappointed. Great menu selection and excellent prices. Hope to get here again sometime soon!

Breakfast anytime!

We like to eat dinner here every once in awhile because breakfast for dinner is the best! The omelets are huge, and you won't leave hungry!

Very reasonably priced breakfast

I had an omelet and hash browns. Nice service and very nice prices. Asked me if I wanted onions mixed in with my hash browns, which was a nice touch. Nothing fancy about the place. The coffee was good. They serve beer here too, and had quite a few options on the menu. I would definitely eat here again when in the area.

HUGE menu!!

This menu offers just about everything under the sun! Service is good, friendly staff. The portions are generous, Food taste is good. Would recommend to someone passing through the area!! Love the Gyro Omlette!

Quick lunch bite

Options for restaurants are limited in the immediate area. Rose's offers straightforward eats at good prices. Have been here on travel a couple times. Lunch this time - had wraps which were good. Food is fine for a quick bite but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. Service is extra friendly and efficient.

Delicious Friendly and Clean

I spent a lunch time there when it was busy. I was by myself, and yet I got the same friendly attention that every table got. The food was hot and very good. I was amazed by how clean the resteraunt was. Truly a gem in Kewaunee County

Nice little restaurant with great food

This is a small restaurant that serves good food at a reasonable price. They have a nice variety of items on their menu and specials every day. Their sandwiches come with a choice of potato and a side salad or cup of soup. They always have chicken dumpling soup available. Their breakfast platters are excellent and we often get those. The sandwiches are large and tasty. The hash brown potatoes are a must try, ask for them with fried onions. The only thing we didn't care for was the fried chicken, there are better places to go for that but overall, the food is really great. Good food at reasonable prices, what more can you ask for. We will keep coming back.
